The Authority seeks commercial partners to provide services at Brook House Immigration Removal Centre and Tinsley House Immigration Removal Centre/Pre-Departure Accommodation. Services required include: Overall management of the sites, security and guarding, local escorting and hospital bed watches, recreational and educational, religious and welfare, provision of furniture and equipment, FM, cleaning and catering and a shop. The potential length of contract will be 8 years from service commencement, with options to extend, possibly for up to a further 3 years.
