The scope of the service includes delivery of:

• LED Luminaire replacement programme;

• reactive, planned maintenance and emergency response (24 hours-7 days a week) including: structural inspections, to the service standards as defined in the Highways Asset Maintenance Policy (HAMP) and Policy, manual and plan for highway asset maintenance;

• customer interface;

• safety and capital improvements;

• installation of capital;

• asset data collection and management;

• work scheduling;

• asset inspection and routine testing;

• provision of out of hours support for emergency response;

• traffic management support;

• if instructed by the employer, maintenance and other services relating to street lighting within the boundaries of Oxfordshire.
