Mace Dragados are seeking expressions of interest from subcontractors to undertake complex utility diversion and protection works. The scope of the package consists of detailed design services and construction works with complex sequencing requirements to complete the utility diversionary and protection works. The works shall be undertaken in the vicinity of the Euston Station work site in London.
Utility assets in scope are as follows:
- Large diameter Sewer Diversions
- Sewer Lining & Strengthening works
- Large diameter Watermain Diversions
- Civils works enabling multiple Electrical Substation relocations and power cable diversions
- Ducting provision for communications diversions
Key trades include: RC Works; Shaft Sinking & Pipe Jacking; Deep Excavations; Specialised TW Sewer Entry works
Design shall be developed by Lloyds Register Utilities accredited organisations: NERS, GIRS, WIRS
Works shall be contracted under NEC3 Engineering Construction Subcontract terms and conditions (with project specific amendments)
Suppliers must have extensive demonstrable experience of delivering complex major utility diversion works and associated design on previous projects of a similar scale (large infrastructure projects). This experience must applicable and relevant to the opportunity.
If successful selected suppliers will be required to go through Mace Dragados pre-qualification process to be included on the final tender list.
Mace Dragados have been appointed as the Construction Partner to build a fully-integrated HS2 station at London Euston, together with links to the existing London Underground station.
