Zoedale are actuation and flow control specialists. Having been established for over 35 years our value proposition is our wealth of experience and knowledge combined with a number of top quality products with which to design solutions for our clients. We feel it is better to work with us than a manufacturer as we are not tied to one particular brand of product. We have been sole UK agents for all our products for many years and have very good relationships with the manufacturers meaning we can deliver on challenging projects or tight deadlines. We have an established technical team with many years’ experience in solenoid valves, electric actuators, pneumatic actuators, valves and actuated assemblies. We work in most industry sectors from oil and gas, water & waste water to medical and pharmaceutical and welcome your enquiry.

Electric Actuator

We have an extensive line of electric actuators from three different manufacturers including Valpes, Bernard Controls and Schischek. Valpes actuators are corrosion resistant and can be used with many of the most popular valves. Actuators from Bernard Controls come with options such as quarter turn, multi turn, modulating and failsafe and are supported by numerous control features like Integral+, Intelli+, Minigral+ and Fieldbus communication and control systems. Schischek offer a range of actuators that are explosion proof and are best suited for use within ventilation and air conditioning units.

Servicing & Commissioning

We can offer technical expertise from our talented commissioning engineers, to ensure that your equipment is installed correctly and working at maximum efficiency. We also offer a maintenance service, so our engineers will visit your site every 6 or 12 months to ensure your actuators are working correctly. They can also make any minor adjustments that are necessary to extend the life of your actuators which can save you money in the long run. We offer ad hoc servicing on a daily rate to inspect or survey any of our product range on site, which will save you time.

Solenoid Valves

Our range of solenoid valves come from three different manufacturers including Sirai, Peter Paul and Magnatrol. As a principle player in the field of general purpose solenoid valves, Sirai have always followed the philosophy of 'total quality' and this is reflected within their products. With over 60 years of engineering experience, Peter Paul has a vast array of products which can be personalised to fit the customers specifications. We also stock solenoid valves from Magnatrol who manufacture heavy duty, 2-way bronze and stainless steel valves which offer both reliability and superior performance.

Pneumatic Actuators

All of our pneumatic actuators are manufactured Omal, a company with extensive technical awareness as well as a passion for customer satisfaction. Omal will only employ the very best and this is reflected in their products which are not just high quality but also cutting edge. Products include quarter turn actuators (based on the scotch yoke design), co-axial valves and angle seat valves. Customers are also reminded that the entire range of pneumatic actuators that are available from Omal are continually redeveloped and updated to meet the requirements of its clients.
