Woven Wire Mesh

We hold an extensive range of woven wire meshes that are suitable for a wide range of applications including the manufacture of friction driven and sprocket driven belts.  We provide a large catalogue on our website but please contact us if you are looking for something specific as we hold more stock than we are able to list. We stock a range of weaves that are manufactured in a variety of materials including S/S 304, and 316, aluminium, copper, mild steel and phosphor bronze.  These can all be supplied to our customers in varying formats so if its welded panels, discs, slit lengths or simply on a roll we have a solution and for stock meshes we aim for a next day delivery.

Knitted Mesh

If you’re looking for high flexibility then knitted mesh is your answer.  The interlocking looped structure gives a two-way stretch and for many industrial uses it provides a distinct advantage over woven mesh.  It is also extremely resilient and will go back into shape after being subjected to compressive or tensile stress.  Aluminium, nickel, galvanised steel and poly-propylene are just a selection of materials that knitted mesh can be made from and it can be supplied in a variety of lengths. Applications for knitted mesh include amongst others; sound reduction, silencers, humidifiers and air filtration.

Mesh Discs

As well as rolls of mesh we are also suppliers of a range of mesh discs fabricated from a wide range of materials including S/S 304 & 316, brass, phosphor bronze, galvanised steel, copper, mild steel and monel.  We can supply discs in woven wire, welded wire mesh, expanded wire mesh, wirecloth, perforated wire mesh and knitted wire mesh with edging to suit your requirements.  Choose from raw edge, spun rims or edging strips. For high reliability and durability we also supply multi layer spot welded disc packs.
