At our modern patternmaking facility in Peterborough we're able to produce patterns for a number of industries, including aviation, motorsports, rail, defence, agriculture, automotive, architectural, marine, satellite communications, simulation, composites, and many, many more. We can manufacture patterns in metal, wood, resin, tooling board, GRP and polystyrene. Most of our patternmaking operations are undertaken at our facility in Peterborough, but if required, our staff can work at your premises.

Our tools, skills and experience allow us to craft patterns in an extensive range of materials to suit your requirements. Materials include wood, resin, tooling board, GRP and metal and we are pleased to be able to meet your demands, whether you require large or low volume runs of casting. When fast turnarounds are required we are able to produce patterns in polystyrene. Our Stiefelmayer measuring machine is used by our skilled staff when producing reverse engineer original / sample castings, allowing them to obtain critical dimensions and check pattern precision ensuring high levels of accuracy are achieved.
Our latest addition is our CNC Milling machine that has been introduced to ensure we are able to continue to meet the demands of today’s manufacturing industry, which often requires high levels of precision design when it comes to pattern requirements. Our Haas 3 Axis CNC milling machine and accompanying high powered CAD/CAM software package facilitates the generation of high quality mould and pattern equipment in a variety of materials no matter how intricate the detailing.
