Traffic Signs

Here at Viewtec we offer a range of high quality traffic signs including: CE Marked Permanent Traffic Signs (manufactured to BS EN 12899-1:2007, includes motorway signs, gantries, warning signs, regulatory signs, parking signs and more), Traffic Management Signs (includes Chapter 8 signs, contraflows, road/lane closures and diversion routes), Vehicle Activated LED Signs (features ultra bright LED’s activated by internal radar device), Posts/ Clips (signposts: steel, Lattix passively safe, Jerol passively safe, 3m frangible safety and Sapa poles. Rail Signs

We are also Link Up approved suppliers to the UK’s rail network. We specialise in the manufacture and supply of first class signage that conforms to strict regulations of the rail industry. Commercial Signs

Viewtec offers a wide selection of commercial signs to suit different industry and application requirements. The range includes:

• Commercial Signs: permanent or temporary sign solutions featuring: modular aluminium systems, bespoke units, DDA compliant Tactile and Braille, Health and Safety and more.
• Health and Safety: manufactured to BS 5499 and the forthcoming EN 7010.
  Local Authority Signage: includes permanent signs for applications including parks, schools, leisure centres and libraries and temporary signs for properties under construction or refurbishment.
• Digital Prints: full colour large format digital prints to meet specific requirements. Examples include: banners and flags, glazing decals, floor graphics, exhibition backdrops, vehicle liveries and more.
• Flat Cut/ Built Up Letters: in either acrylic, foam, PVC, powder-coated aluminium or stainless steel.

Vehicle Livery

Chapter 8 Vehicle Livery: we provide vehicle livery in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual. All vehicles stopping on highways for works or inspections must feature high-visibility rear chevron markings. These markings must feature alternate strips of fluorescent orange-red retroreflective material and fluorescent yellow non-retroreflective material of specific dimensions.

ECE 104 Reflective Tape: ECE104 tape is a mandatory conspicuity marking legislation that applies to all vehicles with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 7.5 tonnes or a trailer with a gross vehicle weight of 3.5 tonnes. Full contour marking must feature on the rear and partial contour marking on the sides.
