Van-Fit direct North East are based in the North East of England and cover North Yorks, Cleveland, Durham, Tyne & Wear and Northumberland. We do consider larger orders outside this area. Most items can be supplied and fitted in 48 hours or slightly longer depending on lead time from manufacturer.
At Van-Fit direct North East we specialise in the supply and fitting of a wide range of accessories to all makes of vans. Our customer bases includes large and small companies where we have completed work for Reflex, Benfield Motors, Evans Halshaw, Mandale Properties, Chemdry, Hurrican PC Henderson, Liftable and many more.
Working on a mobile basis allows us to complete work where and when the customer requires sometimes going to site while the van is in use thus minimising the down time of company vehicles.
We only use equipment from well know and trusted suppliers such as Witter, Brink, GKLand, Ryder, Trux Rax, Rhino, Van Systems, Global Storage, Garrison, Wolf Electrics, Scot seats ect.
Plylining is most important to safe guard the vehicle from wear and tear and internal damage that will lead to rust and devaluation. It also cuts down on road noise and if bulkheads are fitted to a more comfortable cab space. We use Far Eastern plywood with sides and doors covered in 6mm plywood, floors an wheelboxes in 9mm plywood. Our rage of Plywood shelving is made to fit the plylined sides and is manufactured to the customers specifications making it fit for purpose.
For more robust and secure shelving we supply and fit Steel & Aluminium shelving and racking. With this shelving customer can make full use of all of the van save staff working time looking for spares, eradicate damage to valuable spares, stop handling injuries and make stock control easier.
To make full use of your van fit a Roofrack or Bars and Rear-Roller with rear access ladder, Lightbars and Beacons. Towbars can be fitted with Single or Twin electrics and a variety of balls and pins. On the outside Glass Frails from Cougar can be fitted while inside various types of load restraint and extra anchor points are available to suit all situations.
If you need to send extra staff on a contract but don`t want to commit an extra van consider fitting 1,2,3 or more seats from leading manufacturer Scot Seats to your van. For extra comfort fit Flettner roof vents, Teal Handwash units extra internal lighting.
If you would like to know where your vehicles are we now offer the NORTRAK SYTEM of Vehicle tracking. This allows you to know where your vehicles are or have been at any specific time, give reports on speed, mileage and run time to allow you to maximise the use of your fleet.
