Twinplast Ltd offers many different options when it comes to our Twinflute corrugated board, making it suitable for a multitude of applications. Thicknesses of 2mm to 10mm are available in sheets of up to 4m long by 2.5m wide. We offer an option to increase rigidity with our enhanced gsm board, available in 2mm, 4mm and 6mm thicknesses.
Our Twinflute board comes in a range of different standard colours to coordinate with your specific requirements and we are happy to discuss non-standard colours as necessary.

Keeping floors protected during building and renovation works can be problematic, but Twinplast corrugated products provide the perfect solution, even for heavy traffic areas. We can supply product as either boards in a choice of thicknesses or in rolls of 2mm board. Boards can easily be held securely together by using a staple gun or tape. Whether you choose boards or rolls, there is a choice of colours as well as print and treatment options available such as antistatic, flame retardant and eco-friendly.
Damage to existing windows and doors can soon escalate costs on a project so it’s best to take suitable precautions from the outset. Twinplast’s range of easy-fit Door Sheets and Glass & Windowsill Protectors have been designed to provide robust protection whilst enabling you to continue using doors and window in the normal manner. Our Door Sheets can be supplied in sizes to fit your unique requirements and our windowsill protectors are available in internal and external options.
Protect internal stair coverings with Twinplast’s heavy-duty corrugated stair treads that are made to fit your exact measurements and come complete with creases to enable them to be fitted quickly and without fuss.
Corners of walls can also be protected from damage with our corner protectors, commonly fabricated from our heavy-duty 3mm Twinflute and cut and creased to your individual specifications.
Both stair and corner protectors are available in a variety of colours with treatment options available including flame retardant and eco-friendly.
Protect expensive kitchen and bathroom items from damage during renovation works with Twinplast’s corrugated Twinflute board. Supplied to you flat-packed and ready creased, our products for bathroom and kitchen items are quick and easy to assemble and we offer a range of protection for toilets, sinks and basins, baths and showers, kitchen appliances and worktops. All items can be custom-made to your requirements and are available in a choice of colours and finishing options.
We offer a range of durable corrugated plastic items for external protection use, in particular those related to health and safety. Our manhole covers are manufactured from our 3mm heavy duty Twinplast corrugated plastic and come in bright yellow making them clearly visible to workers and site visitors. They are available in a choice of sizes and are pre-cut and creased for speedy installation. Also available are Caution Warning signs, and Meter/Gas Box covers, each fabricated from bright yellow Twinplast. All items can be held securely in place with adhesive tape.
Twinplast are pleased to be able to supply translucent template sheets to help you ascertain the correct size of board needed for your project. The primary advantage of having a translucent template is that it makes it far easier to see exactly how the board will fit over areas such as joints, overhangs and resulting in an ideal fit over objects.
We offer two sizes of templates: 3000mm x 700mm and 2400mm x 1200mm, which can be adapted to the unique specifications determined by your project.
Protecting your cables with Twinplast Ltd’s cable mats is a sensible move and provides and excellent preventative to insurance claims as a result of water ingress into data cabling. Our cable mats are fabricated from 2mm, 4mm or 6mm durable corrugated polypropylene which is both water and chemical resistant. They are also antistatic and have had a positive outcome in the Mullen Tester, confirming their strength and protection properties.

Our corrugated design is such that it uses minimum material for maximum strength, reducing the amount of raw materials required and the product’s durability allows them to be reused again and again for multiple projects. Polypropylene is a recyclable material and are boards are also photodegradable.
