All of our advice - from eight financial planners, with an average of 17 years in the industry, including six Certified Financial Planners, three of whom are also Chartered - is detailed, based on in-depth research and tailored to your specific circumstances. All of the advice from our team is fee-based and therefore impartial, giving you the peace of mind that all their advice is working in your best interests.

Land & Property

We have a spectrum of services when it comes to land and property portfolios. We are able to offer straightforward advice on a property transaction right through to planning for a complex commercial development. Our expert team can guide you through any process to help you avoid legal and financial pitfalls. We often help our clients with purchasing, sale and leasing of porperty and all the legal aspects. We specialise in the management and development of rural property inclusing agricultural finance, mineral exploitation, agricultural subsidies, farming partnerships and tenancies, forestry, fish and shellfish farming and the sale of development land. Our most recent specialism has been in consultations for renewable energy developments including windfarms, hydro power and biomass.
