The TRITEC mechanical design team possesses a wealth of experience in the design and development of a wide range of components, from sub-micro alignment mechanisms to ergonomically formed enclosures. Our engineers are able to select and design for virtually any manufacturing technique, whether it’s precision machining, fabrication, casting or plastic moulding. They use state-of-the-art Pro/Engineer 3D CAD software tools that enable them to quickly produce and render images that aid the visualisation of designs, whilst also allowing them to create rapid prototypes for ‘fit and feel’ trials. Where required, the TRITEC team can produce detailed 2D manufacturing and assembly drawings based on the completed models.
