V2G Loading Systems

A V2G (Vehicle to Ground) system can be used to load and unload various types of HGV (rigids, single deck articulated, or double deckers). They are delivered as self-contained, pre-clad and pre-tested loadhouse units with integrated electrics and hydraulics and various safety features. Scissor Lifts

Dock Lifts

Our dock lifts have been developed specifically for ease of installation and to provide a highly versatile and cost-effective means of loading products from raised levels to ground-level. All models are surface mounted and are made with an ultra-slim, reinforced lift platform that lowers level with the ground – this avoids the cost and time constraints associated with digging lift pits. Dock Leveller Loadhouse

Our dock leveller loadhouses have been developed for rapid installation in the loading bays of retail outlets, distribution hubs and factories. They are compatible with a range of vehicles (load variation is ±300mm either side dock height), have a safe working load of up to 6000kg (depending on the design), and are based on electro-hydraulic principles for a reliable, heavy duty operation with only a minimal maintenance requirement. Mezzanine Floor Lifts

Load Weight Monitor

Transdek’s Load Weight Monitor offers an easy way of ensuring vehicle safety and maximising load efficiency in distribution operations. Weighing each product on the lift platform, it provides a running total of the vehicle’s load and helps to prevent overloading of either deck. Loaders have an at-a-glance overview of the load weight so that they do not under or overload the vehicle. Not only will this minimise the risk of vehicle rollover and prevent vehicles returning from the weighbridge, it will also ensure they are filled to capacity and therefore maximise logistics efficiency.
