Vaccuum Forming

Vacuum forming is an area of particular expertise for Theoplastic Ltd. We have been using this moulding method to produce high quality display and engineering products for a number of years now, and we have facilities in place not only for forming but also for finishing plastic components. The process is often employed for the production of machine panels or display equipment, but vacuum forming has many different applications – it is an incredibly versatile form of manufacturing. CNC Routing

State-of-the-art CNC routing facilities enable us to machine plastic panels and mouldings (as well as MDF, metals, Dibond, etc.) with incredible speed and precision. Improved accuracy and reduced production times mean a better finish and lower overall costs. Being a lot more accurate, CNC routers also allow the production of more complex shapes, giving you greater flexibility in the design stage. Acrylic Fabrications

Theoplastic Ltd uses the latest plastic welding techniques to create anything from simple literature dispensers to the most complex acrylic fabrications. This welding service is provided in conjunction with routing, screen printing, foil blocking and forming – together they allow us to deliver finished products according to your exact specifications. 

Our forming facilities include line bending, drape forming, blow moulding and pressure forming. These enable us to produce very complex 3D shapes in acrylic, styrene and many other materials.

One of the areas in which we specialise is the design and manufacture of point of purchase displays (you can see some examples of these on our website). We’re able to take even the most basic idea and develop it into a fully-fledged display solution that allows you to effectively communicate your brand or merchandise your product.
