Streamoulding®

Offering something unique within the injection moulding industry, Streamoulding is a new and innovative approach to lightweight plastics for injection moulding; being the only plastic foaming technology in the world that uses tap water to foam the polymer in the nozzle of an injection moulding machine.

Within just a few hours, the equipment can be installed and working as no other changes are required on the injection moulding machine or moulds, and, the material in the barrel and hopper remain unaffected. The process boasts potential 40% weight savings along with significant cycle time reductions (upwards of 20%) and energy savings in excess of 30%. Beaky Cutters

Made entirely of recyclable plastic and fully approved to toy standards, Beaky Cutters are strong, eco-friendly, safe, easy to use and are a fun product for young children. They cut paper and thin card without the danger of sharp edges and points and are suitable for left- and right-handed use.  Beaky Cutters bring with them a new concept in safe cutting; they’re made in a one-piece moulding which is inherently longer lasting and less liable to break. Cardboard Biodegradable Hanger

Offering a lot of strength, yet lightweight, the cardboard biodegradable hanger is environmentally-friendly and can hold over 1 kilo in weight. It can expand in thickness with heavier garments in order to best support them and can be designed with or without notches. How does it work? - A novel construction of “reverse folding” gives the card ribbon product strength. This hangar comes with various benefits including a metal or plastic hook and it’s strong and easy to use.
