We offer seal products manufactured from traditional elastomeric materials such as polyurethane (PU), Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), fluoro-rubber (FPM) among many others.

We also design and manufacture an extensive range of CNC metal components and engineered plastic parts. Additionally, we supply the full range of mechanical power transmission equipment and bearings as well as of the shelf O-rings and water cut gaskets.

All Swan seals are manufactured using the most up to date computer technology, and are available in a variety of materials. Both imperial and metric sizes are available, from 1/4-inch (6 mm) to 98 inches (2500 mm).

We carry out all manufacturing in accordance with a 'just-in-time' process. Typical delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We maintain a stock of over 150 seal designs, but if the seal you need is not part of our standard range, we can manufacture it for you within the same delivery timeframe as our stock items.

Seals

We manufacture wiper seals, rod seals, piston seals, rotary seals, back-up rings and guide rings as well as many other types of seals. All are available in a wide range of materials, including:

Lubricants

We are the authorised distributor of Sovereign
Omega's technologically advanced oils and greases in Scotland.

We offer a wide selection of Omega oils and lubricants including pharmaceutical and food grade oils as well as irrigation pump, tractor, and diesel engine oils, hydraulic oil and refrigeration oil. We also supply high-temperature chain lubricant, air line lubricant, high-performance worm gear oil, compressor oil and textile oil.

We offer Omega grease suitable for extreme temperatures or chemically hostile environments, food grade grease, extreme heat resistant grease, electric motor and super bearing grease, as well as pin, bushing and track roller grease. We also supply heavy duty low-temperature grease, non-melt grease and anti-corrosion grease.

Die Cut Graphoil Rings

We supply die cut rings from flexible Graphoil graphite. Graphoil has excellent corrosion, chemical and heat resistance, enabling it to withstand harsh operating conditions.

We can provide die cut Graphoil rings manufactured to your specified dimensions.

Gaskets & Jointing

We offer Klinger Maxiflex Spiral Wound Gaskets in a wide range of sizes. These are the standard CRIR configuration, which features the Maxiflex spiral wound sealing element and solid carbon or 316L stainless steel outer ring. Inner rings are 316L, and windings can be specified as 316L or graphite. These gaskets are suitable for high temperature and high pressure applications.

We supply precision-engineered metallic ring type joints. These high pressure, heavy duty gaskets are widely used in the offshore petrochemical industry in conjunction with precision-machined grooved flanges. These are available in standard sizes in oval and octagonal sections in 316L or carbon steel, as well as in RX and BX sizes.

We provide cut gaskets in premium non-asbestos, premium grade CNAF and premium graphite laminate, as well as tanged reinforced graphite in IBC type, standard sizes.

Wipers

We supply a wide range of wiper seals designed to keep particles of contamination away from the main seal. These are available in various shapes, materials and sizes, and can be manufactured to your specified dimensions.
