Powder Coating

Ever since the late 1960s (when Stovart was established), we have been investing in the latest coating technologies. Though technology has changed drastically, our approach has remained the same, and today Stovart operates the very latest powder coating equipment, including two online systems, four offline/wet booth systems, and three box ovens with capacities of up to 6 meters. With these facilities in place, we are able to cater for virtually any requirement, from a specialist “one-off” to a high volume batch. Stovart has a large selection of stock colours to suit all requirements.

Wet Spraying & Stove Enamelling

Delivery and Collection

At Stovart, we believe in offering customers a full service package that enables them to simply get on with business safe in the knowledge that everything is taken care of. That’s why we offer a delivery and collection service in which we pick up your products, parts and components and drop them off again once completed. Stovart delivery teams ensure that all goods are well packed and securely transported.

Realtime Monitoring systems

Stovart operates a real time monitoring system to ensure the quality of coatings is up to scratch at all times. Comprehensive testing equipment allows us to examine accuracy of depth, hardness and adhesion on any finished product, so you’ll never receive anything less than the best. This is enhanced by regular monitoring of our oven and phosphate systems.

Colours are sourced from the most reputable suppliers, most of whom provide a next day delivery service. This means that even if we do not have the colour you require in stock, it is highly likely we can procure it within 24 hours.
