Spline Gauges

We supply a wide range of Spline Gauges, including; the Helical Variable Spline, Indicator Plug Gauge with Setting Master Ring, the Variable Spline Indicator, Ring Gauge with Setting Master Plug, and the Helical Variable Spline Indicator, Ring Gauge with Setting Master Plug. All of these may be supplied with analogue or digital indicators, or, if required, a transducer port can be integrated. Our spline indicators can have 2 opposite sectors of teeth for measuring actual space width.

Master Gears

Spline Gauges supply top-quality Helical Master Gears that conform to many international standards, including ISO, DIN (German), BS (British), AGMA (American), and JIS (Japanese).With up to 550 teeth, these gears come in diameters of 6mm to 300mm. Rotolock-Tapered Mandrels

We supply a range of high quality Rotolock-Tapered Mandrels suitable for various grinding and turning functions. Spline Indicators

We have a range of helical and variable spline indicator plug gauges with setting master ring. These devices are used to measure whether a workpiece is within it's alloted tolerance.  They are crucial for any manufacturing company to keep their machines productive and to assure the quality of the product. They are very easy to use by employees on the production floor, with our gauges supplied with analogue or digital indicators, or alternatively, a transducer port can be incorporated. In order to measure actual space width our spline indicators can be supplied with 2 opposite sectors of teeth.

Concentricity Ring Gauge

Our splined lock-up concentricity ring gauges are mounted on centres while the concentricity ring is clamped – the outside diameter of the ring is therefore concentric to the pitch circle diameter. The benefit of this design is that, when used with a runout checking device (such as a dial indicator or transducer) an inspection of the component can be carried out. The component range runs from 10mm to 300mm with a maximum tooth length of 300mm.
