Socal have been trading in one form or another for over 20 years, delivering LPG solutions for customers right across the South of England. Socal offers a great range of outdoor heaters for domestic and commercial applications – they are ideal for the home garden or for al fresco dining outside restaurants, bars and cafés. Customers can choose from a number of quality gas heaters and fire pits from leading manufacturers such as Lifestyle, Superser, Enders, Dancook, Weber, GasTech and Provence. We also have a selection of heater safety accessories, including fire guards, gas pokers and alarms.
Needless to say, without gas you won’t be heating or cooking anything (unless of course you opt for one of our charcoal barbecues). In the Socal “Toolbox” you’ll find all sorts of parts and components for the installation and maintenance of gas equipment.
We offer a wide selection of gas barbecues of both roaster and portable types. The Weber Go-Anywhere-Gas barbecue has a porcelain-enamelled bowl, lid and steel grate, while the Broil King Porta-Chef has a total cooking surface of 2,300 sq.cm as well as a linear flow valve. The Weber Baby Q1000 (now completely redesigned) has a lid and body made from cast-iron aluminium, a removable drip tray and push-button ignition. If you’re after a small barbecue with very big features, the Char-Broil Patio Bistro 180 is ideal for camping trips or just for keeping in your own limited outdoor space. Charcoal barbecues add that extra touch of authenticity to your outdoor culinary activities. The Weber Performer Deluxe uses a gas burner to light the coals more quickly and boast a triple-plated hinged cooking grate and thermoset work surface. For a larger portable option, the highly versatile Cobb Premier weighs just under four kilos and includes a carry bag, roasting rack and recipe book. Weber’s 37cm Smokey Mountain Cooker is perfect for slow and long cooking. It has non-rusting aluminium vents, a heat deflector and a silicon cap to be used in conjunction with thermometer probes. The Weber Go-Anywhere Charcoal Barbecue comes with a foldaway stand and a tuckaway lid-holder.
There are all sorts of ways to illuminate your evening barbecues with our outdoor lighting range. The battery-powered Coleman LED Classic Lantern can either be positioned on a table or hung up via its handle, and its beam distance is between five and seven metres. The Coleman Pivoting Head LED Work Light is completely hands-free and you can pivot the light to an angle of up to 120 degrees. It has a runtime of 82 hours and 158 lumens.
