Silicone Sponge Extrusions

Silicone sponge extrusions are ideal for use in applications where a good thermal quality and low weight are required.  Additionally, it has the ability to fill uneven cavities and uneven gaps around door frames.  Our extrusions are offered in a choice of low, medium or high density or extruded tubing profiles.  Products with an adhesive backing are also available.  Customers’ requirements vary greatly and we can cut to your designs and extrude to tolerances that meet your parameters.  All our products undergo extensive testing before they are offered to you.

Silicone Rubber Tubing And Cord

Silicone rubber tubing and cord is used across a wide variety of applications, such as rubber tubing for fluid movement, peristatic hose pumps, dairy hoses, sleeving for electrical installations, computer ribbon protection, cutting and printing services, to name just some.  Rubber tubing and cord is available in hardness grades 30 – 90 IRHD and you can select from a range of colours.  At Silpro we work to your specifications and manufacture to engineering or commercial tolerances in line with your parameters.  All products undergo tough in-house testing.

Silicone Mouldings

Silicone Fabrication

Our fully equipped fabrication department will cut rubber gaskets from solid and sponge sheet and cut silicone tubing into washers and sleeves.  Silicone tubing provides inexpensive components, such as sealing ‘O’ rings or mitred rubber gaskets and hand-jointed through to press-jointed profiled corners.  We will work with you to ensure you get the custom-made product you are after in your choice of material, design and colour.  Our expert technical team will be pleased to help with any advice needed.

Silicone Rubber Strip and Sheet

Common applications for silicone rubber strip sections include bag sealing machines, flat gaskets, diaphragms, rectangular and square sections and sheeting for punching gaskets and washers.  We offer silicone rubber sheet in high strength or high temperature grades, available in a range of colours.  Our customers find our prototype tooling service a very useful tool to take a sketch or drawing through to a working model.  Find out more on our website.

Rubber Mouldings

We offer custom-designed rubber mouldings, foam rubber seals, epdm hydraulic seals, rubber mouldings for bellows and hydraulic seals, as well as single or multi-cavity moulds for compression, transfer and injection moulded bellows and silicone foam available in various thicknesses and grades.  As all our toolmakers are based in the UK we can provide a fast tool-making service.  We are happy to undertake any size order and will provide you with a very competitive quote.
