SGL are able to provide customers with a comprehensive service offering for our range of HVAC systems. Our design team will take your initial concepts and produce detailed system designs that meet all the relevant legal and advisory framework criteria including international codes and standards, international classification society requirements, hazardous area applications, SOLAS international convention and IMO resolutions as well as individual project specification and design criteria. We are accustomed to working on large scale projects and have a dedicated team of project managers to ensure all HVAC systems are implemented in accordance with the statement of work. All systems come complete with all the relevant technical design documentation as well as 3D modelling plans.
SGL are highly experienced in designing and building packaged air conditioning units (PACUs). We offer a bespoke service whereby customers can select a configuration that is most suited to their requirements. We offer a range of modular systems to suit a variety of needs including our Modulair range that have been designed specifically for modular cabin HVAC systems, including those in hazardous/ATEX environments. Modulair can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. We also manufacture compact split air conditioning units, roof mounted air conditioning units and pressurisation systems. The later has option of adding elements such as fire dampers and gas detector mounting points if required. Alongside our modular systems we produce an extensive range of ancillary products, which includes items such as ductwork and louvres.
Whatever your requirements we are able to manufacture condensing units bespoke to your individual needs. Built to offer reliability and longevity, our condensing units provide high performance in any situation, even those that are sited in hazardous areas or within ATEX applications. Our HVAC chiller water units, as the name suggests, work by using chilled water to transfer heat from the air into the unit. We are able to design bespoke units for your requirements and are able to manufacture chilled water units for use in hazardous areas as well as for ATEX applications.
To complement our manufacturing capabilities SGL offers a range of other services that enable us to provide a comprehensive HVAC solutions service. We have a team of highly skilled and experienced technicians who are able to come to your site and install complete HVAC systems. Our commissioning team is on hand to correctly set up your HVAC system ensuring it runs efficiently and they will work with clients from pre-commissioning to hand over to make certain everything is up and running within the agreed deadlines. Finally our HVAC maintenance packages and dedicated parts and spares department are available to ensure your system continues to operate efficiently and to assist with any issues should they arise.
