New Storage Tanks

SBS Ayrshire Ltd offers a wide range of storage tank solutions, from wine fermenters, insulated stainless steel storage tanks, flat bottom tanks, 30HL tanks, 25000 litre tanks, 70HL aseptic tanks through to 32,000 litre stainless steel vertical tanks. Our 15,000 litre wine fermenters have a flat sloped bottom and adjustable feet. Our insulated stainless steel storage tanks are the single jacket variety and have a conical top and bottom and are available in a range of capacities from 1500 litres to 40,000 litres. Power Generation

Whether you’re looking for a Rolls Royce standby generator or one made by Wartsila, we have plenty to choose from. The diesel run Wartsila generator has an auto chiller feature; take a look at our website to view the technical specifications. There are a range of other generators to choose from, please see our website for availability, our stock changes regularly and we also show if an item has been sold. Filling Lines

With a range of filling lines available on our site you won’t be short of choice. Currently available is a mineral water line which can handle 250 bottles per minute and has a Dan palletiser MKII; follow the link to the page where you can view more on the specifications.

Filter Press

For our current stock of filter press equipment please visit our website. We’ve had a range of models in from a Seitz Orion filter press, complete with all fittings and on steerable wheels to a British filter press which is fully hydraulic and has a throughput of 5000 litres per hour. Pumps

Mixers

We currently have 30kw double arm Morton mixers available with a 750 litre capacity, hydraulic tilt and lifting lids, full control panels, stainless steel jacket and 30psi working pressure. Please see our website for further technical specification and photographs. Its Naben blades are suitable for mixing cellulose materials and highly viscous products. Mixing Vessels

With a variety of high quality mixing vessels and storage tanks available you can see why so many are already under offer or sold!
