UKB-Mark Free Bending

Rolla-V offers several different holders for the application of UKB protective tape/film in bending operations. You can find details of these on our website. 

Protective tapes prevent contamination of the material and protect it from unwanted markings. They can be used for V-radius bends, U-bendings and various other types of bend.  

Dies UKB-System Wing Band

On the Rolla-V website you will find the following die holders for 15 x 8mm grooves:

• Holder 60.102 – A fixed holder for UKB System A: available in 1000mm and 500mm versions (10.3kg and 5.2kg respectively).
• Holder 60.103 – A mounted holder for UKB System B/C: available in 200mm, 100mm, 50mm and 90mm (sectionalised) versions (0.6kg, 0.3kg, 0.2kg and 0.3kg respectively). 
• Holder 60.101 – An adjustable holder for UKB System A: available in 835mm and 415mm versions (12.3kg and 6.1kg respectively). Rolla-V can also supply an adjusting piece for this holder.

UKB - Accessories

Rolla-V offers two special-purpose cabinets for storing UKB System dies and top tools. These are:

• Cabinet 40.650b – for all punches / top tools with a clamping width of 13mm and all dies with a clamping width of 60mm. Fitted with 6 fixed shelves (with 8-15 storage places each), plus 1 pull out drawer (also with 8-15 storage places). Cabinet dimensions are 900 x 1550 x 900mm (W x H x D). Cabinet weight is 320kg. 
• Cabinet 40.650 RAL – With all the same specifications as the 40.650b, but painted in any standard RAL colour to meet your requirements. 

Regrinding of Shear Blades
