Leak Test Machines

Leak testing is also known as pressure testing. We work closely with customers to determine the leakage rate and leakage limit levels necessary for their requirements before advising on suitable leak test machines or test systems.

There are many different leak test methods; examples of these include submerging the product into a dunk tank, or, by using pressure decay leak testing machines. At Rivercircle Ltd, we supply three main leak test machines within our range; the Fully Automatic Transfer Leak Test Machine, Semi Automatic Leak Test Machine and Manually Actuated Dry Leak Test Machine.

Our pressure decay leak test machines, range from standalone fixtures to fully integrated transfer lines. Our experienced engineers also build leak test machines to customers' specific requirements.

Multi Component Assembly

Our range of assembly machines are designed for either semi or fully automatic assembly and testing of multi component parts, thus producing a quality finished product. They are designed and built to meet multi product production line demands.

Our machines feature a 250 tonne press, are PLC Controlled, have an operator interface unit for automatic and manual operation, system diagnostics, machine status, alarms status, auto tool clamp for easy and rapid tool changeover (under 3 minutes) and multi point "TOX" technology.

Multi Cavity Rubber Moulding Tools

Our multi cavity rubber moulding tools range from single and large cavity rubber moulds to metal bonded component tools with 3D surface forms.
