Richards Hose Ltd supplies grey PVC Suction Hose that meets UK Home Office Specification JCDD/2. This is a heavy duty yet flexible hose reinforced with a semi-rigid, crush resistant PVC spiral. Sizes available are 102mm/4” diameter and 140mm/5 ½” diameter. Suction hoses may be supplied with or without couplings, which are double ribbed tail as standard, with multi-serrated available upon request. Couplings are made from a light alloy or Gun Metal. Richards Hose Ltd is a supplier of slimline, wall mounted hose reels that have been designed specifically for easy installation, maintenance and operation. These are constructed from expoy powder coated and zinc plated steel with a standard red finish. The kit includes a universal wall bracket, jet spray nozzle and beaded hose guide. The standard reel size is 30 metres and comes with the option of either 19mm or 25mm diameter hose.

This heavy duty, extruded thermoplastic polyether based polyurethane hose (TPU) is supplied in the standard colour of blue and is WRC approved to BS6920 UK KTW (Germany) and W270 approved - Germany NSF 61 listing - USA. The Aquaman Wras hose is suitable for a range of applications including all freshwater and drinking water delivery, temporary mains bypass and pipelines, potable water transfer, dockside filling of water tanks and disaster and emergency transfer sites. Our MARINE hose is a white, uncoated (50 bar) delivery hose. It features a 100% polyester high tenacity yarn jacket, circular woven, warp thread 2-ply twisted and twill weave. The inner lining features a two-component system of black SBR synthetic rubber and white NBR synthetic adhesive. The MARINE hose features good abrasion resistance, weather resistance and kink resistance. It is produced with very low twist and is easy to maintain and repair.
