Ready Meal Systems

Raque Food Systems provides complete production lines suitable for packaging frozen and shelf stable prepared meals.

• Filling Systems: we provide various filling systems including piston fillers and rotary plate fillers as well as various topping units.
• Systems Integration: we integrate third-party machines into existing production lines to achieve specific production requirements. Our turn-key production lines can include x-ray inspection, checkweighers, metal detectors, ink and laser printers and more.

Systems Integration

Our systems are tailored to suit customer requirements, which means we are able to incorporate third-party machinery including robots, x-ray machines and more. Filling Systems

We are pleased to offer an excellent selection of depositing equipment suitable for a range of food applications. Our equipment is easy to use and maintain and can be easily integrated into any type of production line.

• Piston Filler: features a self-priming system that can handle a wide range of products and provide clean and accurately dispensed results.
• Rotary Plate Filler: used to deposit small, free-flow particulates into containers on a continuous motion lugged conveyor.
• Topping Dispenser: used to deposit products such as shredded cheese, bread crumbs, vegetables and more. The topping dispenser can be configured to suit different application requirements.

Sealing Systems

Here at Raque Food Systems Sales Ltd, we provide a fantastic range of machines for sealing plastic, paperboard and aluminium packages. Typically, the Film Heat Seal System unrolls a sheet of film over the top of the container and a heated surface is pressed against the film and onto the tray. The sealed package is then cut free from the film sheet.

• Drum Heat Seal Systems: feature an electrically heated cylinder that rolls over the sealing film and welds the film to a plastic tray.
• Platen Sealing Systems: feature electrically heated plates to weld the packaging materials together.

Pie Production Systems

We also produce top quality, reliable pie production systems suitable for meat/fruit and cheesecake/crumbshell pies. Our accurate piston fillers are widely used to dispense almost any type of fluid or semi-liquid product while the rotary plate filler is effective for depositing shell crumbs, fruit and more. Various topping units can be incorporated to distribute specified layers of nuts, shredded coconut and more.

Our pie production systems may feature: pie pan dispensers, quick change pan carriers and shell forming heads, cross grain dough sheeters, crumb dispensers, dockers, filling systems, egg/milk wash sprayers, crimpers, checkweighers, metal detectors and freezer/oven feed and discharge systems.

Pizza Production Systems

We have been supplying modern pizza production systems to the pizza market for a number of years. These systems have been expertly designed and created to handle all aspects of pizza production including: receiving random shells and orientating them, depositing sauces onto the conveyed shells in either a border-free or waterfall applications, depositing cheeses, meats, green peppers, mushrooms, onions and other chopped or shredded products in border-free or waterfall applications and collating and positioning shells for delivery to third party machinery.

Material Handling Systems
