Our single section ladders are manufactured from high quality rectangular section tiles and feature serrated round rungs that are fitted at 250mm centres. Ramsay Ladders also provides three main types of D-Rung Ladders suitable for trade or domestic use: Single Section Ladders TDS, Double Extension Ladders – TDD and Triple Extensions Ladders – TDD. All ladders feature rectangular box section stiles and large D shaped rungs with twist proof joints that are fitted at 300mm centres. Rubber feet are also fitted at the ends of the stiles.

Our double extension ladders are widely used for both domestic and trade applications and feature rectangular box section stiles with 24mm diameter serrated round rungs that are fitted at 250mm centres. Triple Extension Ladders – TE: these ladders feature
rectangular box section stiles with 24mm diameter round rungs at 250mm centres.
Other features include an automatic swing clutch and rubber feet are fitted on
the end of the stiles.
Triple Extension Ladders – Ramsay Standard – TE: these
ladders have all of the same features as above. They are manufactured to BS EN
ISO 9002 Quality System standards. Rope operation options are available on
certain models.
Our combination ladders provide users with a versatile tool. It can be used as a double extension ladder with a splayed base or a stepladder or used as two single section ladders. They are manufactured from hollow seamless aluminium extrusions with radiused corners for added strength. Other features include rungs of 24mm diameter serrated tube which is fitted through the stiles at a standard rise of 250mm and held in place by special locking methods to prevent turning and for added strength. Rubber plugs are also fitted at the ends of the stiles for extra grip.

Ramsay Ladders also supplies high quality window cleaning ladders. These are either sold as single section ladders or double extension ladders to suit customer requirements.
Window Cleaning – SWC: these single section ladders are
manufactured from aluminium and feature rectangular box section stiles with
24mm diameter serrated round rungs that are fitted at 250mm centres.
Window Cleaning – DWC: our double extension window cleaning
ladders are also manufactured from aluminium and feature a splayed base and
pointed top like the single section ladders. Both types of window cleaning
ladders are manufactured with a white rubber block at the top and rubber feet
at the base.
We are pleased to supply 3.00m steeplejack ladders as well as 4.50m steeplejack ladders. Both of these ladder types feature 10mm diameter hole drilled for brackets between the 3rd and 4th rung. We also supply associated equipment including steeplejack sleeves and steeplejack ladder brackets.

We are pleased to supply a wide selection of loft ladders. The range includes:
Original Ramsay Loft Ladder – AL: available in five sizes up
to a maximum height of 3.66m. These ladders feature a spring controlled
operation with three brackets, one handrail, operating pole and all fixings.
Hobby Timber Loft Ladder – TDH: a three-part timber loft
ladder of incredibly high quality. This ladder is supplied fully assembled and
ready for use.
Domestic Loft Ladders – DAL: this ladder is available in one
size to fit up to a maximum vertical height of 3m and features one bracket to

Our aluminium warehouse steps are designed and manufactured for heavy usage and feature 89mm deep treads and angle frame rear leg assembly with handrails on both sides and wheels at the front and the rear for easy transportation.
These steps are widely used in warehouses and for industrial,
storage, racking and office use. A wide range of sizes are available along with
various accessories such as front and back foots, wheels, scafftag and rubber covered
treads.
Our high quality aluminium steps are designed for heavy use and are ideal for use in industrial, storage, racking and office use. They feature 89mm deep treads and an angle frame rear leg assembly. These steps also have handrails on both sides and wheels at the rear for easy transportation.

We supply two main types of mobile steel platform steps: Mobile Steel Platform – MSP and Mobile Steel Platform – with PVC Treads. Both of these platform steps feature a tubular steel welded construction and are complete with an access barrier front brake system. Other features include a painted finish of either red or blue, 200mm deep treads, 550mm x 400mm platform with 150mm high toeboard.

At Ramsay Ladders we also supply Douglas Fir, swingback steps. These steps feature back legs that have been mortised and tennoned, glued and wedged, hinged to the back board and bolted to the stiles. All ladders are manufactured to extremely high standards in order to be tough and long lasting for all kinds of industry and trade use.
These steps also feature treads that are fitted at 250mm and
pinned with ring shank nails and fitted with check blocks at intervals to
prevent slide away. They are supplied varnished and all metal parts are rust
proofed.
Our wooden double extension ladders feature fine quality Douglas Fir timber stiles and ash rungs that are housed full section into blind holes that are pinned and glued. They also feature automatic latching and tie rods that are fitted at intervals. These ladders are supplied fully varnished and are available in four different sizes. As well as a huge stock of ladders and access equipment, Ramsay can also supply a range of football and hockey goal frames - all of which are manufactured from extruded aluminium tube that has been cut, mitred and welded to size. Each frame is fitted with net slots and toggles and comes complete with ground spikes for holding it securely in position.
Though their use at senior clubs is confined to the training ground, Ramsay football goal frames can be used in match play circumstances at junior and amateur level.
Our hockey goals, meanwhile, are made to conform to the latest regulations and are manufactured from hollow aluminium extrusions. Frames incorporate an 18mm exterior plywood backboard and come with all necessary fixings for installation.
