Shared Quality Manager - A cost-effective solution to Quality Improvement

Our Shared Quality Manager Scheme offers a cost effective solution for progressing quality improvements in small to medium size companies, allowing organisations to have a part-time Quality Manager with no conflicts from other responsibilities within the company. 

The tasks undertaken by the QIS manager vary with the company's size and existing quality measures, but can include obtaining and maintaining quality approvals, product certification, managing quality improvement programs, etc. The services are customised to each company's unique requirements.

The scheme works by agreeing upon an annual fixed price contract with monthly payments, covering a defined area of responsibility for the QIS manager. Prices vary depending upon the agreed-upon responsibilities, subject to an upper limit where utilisation of a full-time employee would be more cost effective.
