Established in 1987, Quadwall (Heavy Duty Corrugated) Ltd have over 26 years of experience within the packaging industry. We are incredibly proud of our progress over the years and especially our Octabin products. These products have an extremely innovative and rugged design which makes them perfect for many different applications. One of our main aims is to solve our customers problems, however difficult or novel. One of the main ways in which we solve these problems is through bespoke design and manufacturing products that are as effective as possible. Standard Octabins

Our range of standard Octabins are manufactured from double, triple or even Quadwall cardboard. Our Octabins have a strong and hard wearing design and can carry up to 1000kg as well as being stackable. Customers can browse our standard products or we can design and manufacture a completely bespoke Octabin to meet your requirements. It is also worth noting that customers can purchase these products in small numbers if required.

Base Discharge Octabins

Our base discharge Octabins are basically the same as our standard Octabins except they possess a base discharge. This means that they can unload their contents through their bases which reduces manual handling and creates less work for the user. If you require more control over the flow of contents within the Octabin, we can add a polythene valve to regulate the release mechanism. Water Containers

One of the newest additions to our range is our water containers which can hold up to 1000 litres. The water containers are manufactured using heavy duty corrugated cardboard and we use an internal polythene bag to hold the liquid. We deliver the water containers completely flat packed which saves a lot of space and makes transport much easier. Free Flow Base Octabins

Our range of free flow base Octabins can be attached to the bottom of your discharge Octabins and help in the emptying of the box. This addition guarantees a steady and controlled flow of products and this flow can also be stopped thanks to a polythene valve.
