Special Tool Manufacture

At our facility in Bradford we’re able to manufacture special tools in single lengths of up to 6 metres. These can designed according to the requirements of any press brake machine. The entire process takes place in-house under close observation of a quality management team, which ensures all of our components are of an exceptionally high standard. All tools are hardened and ground to maximise tool life and have a high specification finish to minimise marking. State-of-the-art manufacturing facilities allow us to form components to the closest tolerances.

Tool Refurbishment

We also offer a comprehensive tool refurbishment service to help you extend the service life of your machine tooling and improve the quality and efficiency of your production processes. All work is carried out in-house at our facility in Bradford, and is done so at just a fraction of the cost of a new tool. If required, the Press Brake Tool Company can offer a 24hr turnaround so that production downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. We can even collect the tools and return them to your facility.

Guillotine Blades

We’re able to support all your guillotine shear blade requirements. This includes the manufacture and supply of new guillotine blades to suit any machine, the grinding or re-sharpening of existing guillotine blades to extend tool life, and the installation of guillotine blades by our very own engineers. All re-grinds and re-sharpening processes are carried out in house and can be turned around in less than 24 hours. All new blades are manufactured from High Carbon, High Chrome Tool Steel. We also have many standard guillotine blades as ex-stock items.

Non-Marking Film

The Press Brake Tooling Company aims to be your one-stop shop for all your press brake tooling needs, which means offering a great range of associated equipment, accessories and consumables to complement our tools. 

Among them is urethane film, which prevents marking of materials like stainless steel, aluminium and painted surfaces. Non-marking film is supplied in strip form and can be provided in a range of widths and thicknesses. Our sales agents are on hand to provide any help or advice you might need when deciding on the right width/thickness for your particular application.
