Anti-Static Packaging

At Polyplus Packaging Ltd, we supply a fantastic range of anti-static packaging materials as either anti-static polythene on a roll or as converted products such as anti-static bags and sacks. Our anti-static bags and sacks can be created in a range of material thicknesses to suit different application requirements. VCI Anti-Corrosive Packaging

We are pleased to supply Volitile Corrosive Inhibitor (VCI) anti-corrosive packaging. Corrosive inhibitors are designed to drastically reduce corrosion rates and protect various metals such as carbon steel, cast iron, chrome, copper, zinc, silver and gold during storage and transit. VCI anti-corrosive packaging is used in a range of industries such as Automotive, Parts and Spares, Aviation, Military, Machine Shop Fitting, General Engineering and more. We offer a range of items with VCI anti-corrosive properties including: Resealable Bags, Open Top Bags, Tubing, Sheeting and Shrink Film.

Polythene Bags

At Polyplus Packaging Ltd we stock a wide range of standard polythene bags or manufacture bags to order. Our clear poly bags can be manufactured in a wide range of sizes to suit different application requirements (sizes are available to view on our website). Our coloured poly bags are available in a wide range of colours to suit different design specifications. We also print in single or multi-coloured prints onto clear and coloured polythene bags. We can accept digital drawings or can provide customers with design services. Our polythene bags can be flat or gusseted to suit different requirements.

Resealable Bags / Zip Top Bags

We manufacture resealable bags to suit specific customer requirements. Bags range in size from 3inches x 3 inches up to 30inches x 36inches. They are available in a range of thicknesses and material grades. Various options are available such as Anti-static Resealable, Dense Black Resealable, Boltom Gusset Resealable and Anti-corrosion Resealable.

We also supply high quality, clear polythene minigrip bags in 180g. We hold all sizes in stock ready for immediate despatch. Boxes are sold in quantities of 1,000.

Mailing Bags

We also supply a fantastic range of mailing bags. The range includes:

• Document Mailing: these mail bags are suitable for light mailing applications. Clear or coloured/opaque mailers are available supplies in standard C3, C4, and C5. Bespoke sizes can be created on request.
• Mail Order: plain, orange of grey permanent closure envelopes or heavy duty sacks plain or printed heavy duty sacks available for heavy duty mailing requirements.
• Courier Pouches and Sacks: plain or printed with document enclosed wallet attached for custom inspection. Prints and colours can also be customised.
• Stock Mailing Bags: sold by the box in a range of sizes. Grey or clear stock mailing bags are available.

Layflat Tubing

Polyplus Packaging Ltd supplies 250g or 500g clear layflat tubing in a range of standard sizes (available to view on our website). We also manufacture layflat tubing to suit specific customer requirements. We can manufacture items ranging from 100g to 1000g in specific sizes. We offer layflat tubing as: Anti-static Polythene Tubing, Coloured Polythene Tubing, Printed Polythene Tubing and Gusseted Polythene Tubing. Polythene Sheeting

We supply polythene sheeting in two standard sizes:

• 1m opening to 2m wide in clear or black polythene. Offered in 250g, 400g, 500g and 1000g.
• 2m opening to 4m wide in clear polythene. Offered in 500g or 1000g.
   

We also manufacture and supply polythene sheeting to meet specific size requirements. We offer polythene sheeting as: Anti-static polythene sheeting, Coloured Polythene Sheeting, Printed Polythene Sheeting and Shrinkgrade Polythene Sheeting.

Alongside our excellent range of polythene packaging solutions, we also supply a fantastic range of packaging accessories such as:

• Brown Vinyl Tape: sold by the box of 36 reels, size 50mm x 66m.
• Bubble Wrap: clear bubble wrap sold by the roll in a range of sizes including: 600mm x 100m small bubble, 1200mm x 100m small bubble, 1500mm x 100m small bubble and 1500mm x 50m large bubble.
• Pallet Stretch Wrap: sold by the box of 6 reels in a range of sizes including: 400mm x 250 metre roll – 20 micron, 400mm x 250 metre roll – 17 micron, and 500mm x 200 metre roll – 25 micron.
