MIG (metal inert gas) welding is the process where an electric arc forms between a consumable wire electrode and the workpiece of metal heating the workpiece metal and causing it to melt and join. We provide welding services for steel, aluminium, stainless steel and various special alloys.
Tig (tungsten inert gas) welding is an arc welding process that uses a non consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. A deburring machine removes burs and sharp edges, both inside and outside.
Pitman Specialised Welding Ltd are experts in the fabrication of metal tubes. We possess the facilities to deal with almost any type of request, including crush bending machinery for tight bends, whether it's round or square tube. Our extensive tube fabricating facilities also include a mandrel tube bender, which can bend tubes up to 45mm in diameter. Other facilities include standard tube punching, forming, angle cutting, flow drilling, mitering, milling and roll tapping.
