Pinnacle Bar Services are specialists in providing flexible, mobile bar services for a full range of indoor and outdoor events.  We predominantly cover events within a 60 mile radius of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, but are happy to hear from enquirers in other parts of the UK. 

Each of our bar packages are bespoke and we will work with you to make sure you have the most appropriate bar service for you and your guests, at a price to suit your budget. We can cater for 80 to 50,000 guests and will run the bar at hours to suit your requirements.  Our rates are highly competitive but we never compromise on quality and our packages include professional staff, who will ensure your guests are treated to the highest levels of service, a fully stocked bar including premium products, glass hire and all appropriate drink licenses.

Pay Bar / Cash Bar

A pay bar or cash bar simply means that guests purchase their own drinks.  It’s just like having a normal bar but at your chosen venue.  We provide everything needed to run the bar including professional bar staff, a fully stocked LED lit bar, glassware and fridges, plus we’ll work with you to create a tailored drinks menu for your event.  Please see our website for a full range of sample packages.

50 50 / Voucher Bar

For a 50 50 or voucher bar you pay for a specific number of drinks and then your guests will pay for any additional drinks they consume after their allocation has been used.  Please see our website for example packages, you then just add the amount you want to spend on drinks on top of this.

Free Bar

A free bar, as the name suggests is where the event organiser pays for all of the drinks consumed over the course of the event and then the bill is settled at the end.  As with our other bar services we provide everything needed for the bar including staff to run it, drinks, fridges etc.  Please see our website for example free bar packages.

Dry Bar Rental

If you would like to supply your own drinks and just require our bar services then we would be more than happy to work with you.  We would come and set up the bar, including protective floor matting, supply the fridges and come and dismantle it again at the end of the event.  We can also arrange for glass hire if needed. All you have to remember are the drinks.

All corporate events are different and our portable bar services offer the utmost in flexibility.  Whether your event is on your office premises, outdoors or at a conference centre we can provide your event with a professional bar service with the highest levels of hospitality.  We work with our clients to provide a tailor-made service unique to each event.  We will offer your guests a bespoke drinks menu, a wide selection of premium products and an eye catching bar; we offer you extremely competitive rates and peace of mind that your guests are receiving the highest levels of service.

Charity Events

Outdoor Events

As specialists in outdoor bar services, you can relax and leave all the logistics of running an outdoor bar to us, including arranging the appropriate licenses.  No matter the size of event, we have a solution to fit as our range includes everything from extensive bars for sizable events and smaller cocktail bars that are more suited to intimate functions.  We’d be pleased to advise you on the most appropriate solution for your specific event.  Our charges for outside events such as festivals can either be a pitch fee or a percentage of the bar’s gross intake.  Please contact us for further details.

Weddings

Weddings and civil partnerships take a great deal of meticulous planning and having your big day run smoothly is just important to us as it is to you. We’ll take care of everything drinks related and work with you to design a drinks menu that will accompany your day’s proceedings perfectly.  We’ll provide everything you need for your drinks reception, dinner drinks, champagne toast and evening bar.  Just let us know what you want and we’ll work out a unique package.  Our portable bars come in range of styles from contemporary to traditional so we’re certain to have something that fits in with your theme.

As a rule we cover an extensive area within a 60 mile radius of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.  Our coverage includes the whole of London, right across to Swindon and Cheltenham, up to Coventry and Leicester and across eastwards to Peterborough, Cambridge and Chelmsford.  On our website you will find a map showing our normal coverage.  However, we do assess events across the whole of the UK so please do contact us if your event falls outside of this area.  We still may be able to help.
