Shredding Service

We provide on-site or off-site shredding services with daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly collections to suit your requirements. We also provide secure containers and bins for waste storage ready to be collected on the designated days. Our shredding service is straightforward but most importantly it is secure. This means that all confidential materials are disposed of in compliance with the Data Protection Act and BSEN 15713 security shredding standards. We have strict procedures and methods in place for the secure shredding of sensitive documents and all of our staff are CRB checked to BS7858 standard. Our vehicles are also GPS tracked and solid sided for the security of documents being transported.

Office Recycling

As environmental issues become increasingly important many businesses are trying to undertake necessary steps and processes to reduce the effects their business have on the environment. We provide recycling services for materials such as paper, cans, glass and cardboard. Hard Drive Destruction

When moving on to new computer systems and software it is essential in many cases that sensitive information is erased when it is no longer needed in order to comply with the Data Protection Act. This protects the business, customers, staff and suppliers and also avoids hefty fines of up to £500,000 from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We provide secure wiping of computer hard drives to HMG Infosec Standard 5 which is undertaken by our CRB checked staff and BS7858 personnel. We issue Certificates of Destruction and can provide a full audit trail.
