Established in 1993, Phoenix Corporate set out to provide complete audio visual solutions for corporate businesses with a passion for producing live events at the heart of our vision. We aim to supply a cost effective service using the very best staging, stock and audio visual equipment available. We provide our services from our 7,500 square foot office, workshop and storage facility in Warmley, Bristol, which we moved into in 2004 after a number of years of successful business and growth. Phoenix are fully equipped to provide a full range of event staging and production services including design, venue selection, technical staging, budgeting and support. We give our clients complete control over how involved they want us to be with the option to use our expertise on certain parts of an event or for the entire project. Among many other types of event, Phoenix is able to provide our event staging services to exhibitions and road shows. Our road show expertise ranges from full size conference road shows to modular exhibition stands ideally suited for use as promotional and advertising equipment in locations such as shopping centres. We have also been designing and building bespoke exhibition stands for the last 15 years. For spectacular results, Phoenix can organise fire and light shows for both indoor and outdoor events. Customisable around your chosen theme or music, our performances can become a unique experience that perfectly reflects your event. Our fire shows range from solo street style shows to group performances featuring pyrotechnics. Our light shows combine glow equipment, UV lights, lasers and our amazing glow suits for a truly outstanding spectacle, even indoors. Perfect for venues with restrictions against fire shows, lights shows provide a fantastic and unique experience for any event and can even include imagery, branding and text via our laser projections and neon lighting.
In order to help you provide protection against the elements at your event, Phoenix can supply inflatable stage covers which look fantastic and help to keep equipment, performers and products safe from wind, rain and sun. Highly portable and with a fast set up time of under 30 minutes, our stage coverings do not require special venue access or prior preparation and are ideally suited to temporary festival or show grounds that often have uneven or rough ground. Phoenix inflatable stage covers do not use overhead frame structures and feature a wind-resistant aerodynamic design for superb safety during all-weather outdoor events.
At Phoenix, our even planning process aims to keep you as informed as possible throughout the entire pre-production stage. We provide information including visuals, budgets, and CAD plans as well as set designs, room plans and floor plans, and approach all projects with the same dedicated approach no matter the size of the event, with Production Manager overseeing the whole process. We can also provide assistance with creating holding slide designs, opening videos, print materials and event branding. Phoenix use our own transportation fleet to get equipment to your event site as well as our own skilled technicians to set up equipment.
Phoenix is also able to provide a range of post-production services including video highlights, recorded audio, and final presentations, all of which can be supplied in hard copy, online or even uploaded onto your own website. We hold a full debrief after all events in order to discuss ours and your successes and any areas that could potentially be improved for future events. Our post-production advice is offered free of charge in order to ensure that you always get the most out of every event.
