Founded in 1992, Phoenix is a hydraulic parts centre. Originally based in the Thamesmead area of South East London, our popularity with our customers has allowed us to expand and open branches in Medway and Maidstone in Kent.
We are able to offer our customers a fully equipped machine shop at our Lordswood that can cater for repairs and replacement of all types of hydraulic engineering including hydraulic cylinders. Our customers come to us from a variety of sectors including Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Industrial or Chemical.
Our service is quick and reliable and is supported by a team of experienced and highly trained engineers. We have a full range of products in stock and available from our e-commerce site and you are able to order products as single components or in large quantities. Alternatively you can visit any of our fully stocked depots and receive a personal, efficient service.
Phoenix are also proud to offer a 24/7 hose doctor service with nationwide coverage as well as machine shop for all your engineering turning, milling and welding needs.
At Phoenix, we can offer our customers a complete hydraulic ram repair service as well as customized manufacturing. Our recently opened machine shop in Medway is home to our highly trained and skilled machinists. We are also able to undertake welding repair work, restoration projects, design and manufacture. We offer a collection service as well as a stop and drop service. Before your work is returned to you it is thoroughly tested and then stamped with an individual number so all work is easily traceable.
Phoenix provides a full range of repair and replacement parts for the pneumatic industry. We can provide anything from cylinders, regulators, valves and filters to push fits, quick release couplings and tubing. Phoenix products are all supplied to us from the Parker Hannifin Group for whom we are the official distributor. All of our products are available from our e-commerce site.
Another area of expertise at Phoenix is automotive repair parts. The automotive parts industry is vast and we have a huge range in stock. These include both new and repaired air conditioning hoses, brake pipes from the manufacturer Kunifer, power steering hoses, high performance brake hoses as well as fuel, oil and heater hoses.
We have a wide selection of metallic and PTFE hoses. Our PTFE hoses are available as smooth bore and convoluted and our metallic hoses are corrugated. All types of hoses are available with both stainless steel overbraid and fittings. Our hoses are suitable for use with applications that need high temperatures. Our Metallic and PTFE hose assemblies work at temperatures ranging from -60°C to 600°C. Phoenix hoses are also designed to seamlessly transfer aggressive fluids or gases. Our e-commerce site holds all types of hose in stock.
A very popular service form Phoenix is our ability to quickly manufacture assemblies of up to 2”, either over our trade counter or from one of our mobile hose vans. Our assemblies are ideal for anything from low-pressure oil lines to high-pressure hydraulic assemblies. Our products are supplied form some of the leading industry manufacturers including Parker Hannifin Group and Parkair. The Phoenix rage also includes adaptors, steel tube, compression fittings and quick release couplings.
There is an extensive choice of industrial hoses and fittings available from Phoenix. As part of our stock we carry air hoses, water hoses and oil hoses. Our hoses are manufactured from either PVC or rubber. We also stock Bauer couplings, Lug couplings and Camlocks; in addition to our selection of Jubilee clips, safety clamps, bolt clamps and P-clips. Our hose fittings are available in a choice of either black iron or a galvanized finish.
For steam cleaning and jetwash repair or assembly, Phoenix stock a wide range of parts and products. We are able to offer New Lance and guns sets, swivel couplings and nozzles. Our large coils and high temperature hoses are the best quality on the market and can be cut to any length required. If the hose is needed for use in the food quality environment, we are able to provide stainless steel ends.
Silicone hoses are increasing in popularity and have a growing market share. Phoenix stock hoses that are 1 metre in length and that are ideal for use in high temperature water transfer applications. The temperature range is wide, ranging from -40°C to 180°C. We supply hoses with bends of 45° and 90°, we also stock reducers and can supply multiple colours on request.
Hose Doctor is unique a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week mobile hose service from Phoenix. The Hose Doctor service is a nationally offered hydraulic hose replacement service, although primarily our customer base is focused in Kent and the South East London area. Our service is fast and efficient and our mobile repair workshop carries a complete range of hoses and connectors up to 2” in size. Using our convenient and efficient service ensure that your equipment downtime is greatly reduced.
