Petrofit Ltd has an extensive selection of pipes and fittings in a range of material grades designed specifically to meet the needs of the petrochemical, gas, oil and powergen industries. Our large stocks enable us to offer our customers a rapid response service on all piping including seamless piping, electric fusion welded (EFW) pipes, electric welded (EW) piping, double submerged arc welded (DSAW) pipe and forged pipe. We offer nominal pipe sizes starting from 1/8” right up to 80” with a wall thickness of 1mm to 4”.
With such a wealth of experience in supplying pipeline components for the oil, gas, petrochemical and powergen industries, it's no wonder that we have a comprehensive range of materials for pipes. Quite simply, pipes are Petrofit's forte. We have an extensive choice of piping material grades to meet all of your requirements including stainless steels, carbon steels, alloys, alloy steel, nickel alloys and aluminium. We also specialise in low temperature, high yield and duplex/super duplex piping as well as being able to manufacture piping in unusual grades, such as Bronze, brass, copper, crupo nickel and titanium. Our range of quality flanges are manufactured in a variety of material grades, please see the next section for full details, and we are able to meet the requirements of critical deliveries. Our flanges include slip on flanges, weld neck flanges, socket weld flanges, threaded flanges, lapjoint flanges, orifice flanges and spectacle blinds, providing a vast choice for meeting all scenarios of pressures and applications. Flanges are available in sizes from ¼” through to 80” with a wall thickness choice from schedule 5s all the way through to XXS and heavier.
Here at Petrofit, we pride ourselves on the choice of materials we are able to offer our customers and our choice of Flanges is no exception. Our range has been developed to meet the vastly differing requirements of the powergen, gas, oil and petrochemical industries and features stainless steels, carbon steels and alloy steels, alloys and nickel alloys as well as aluminium. As with our pipe material grades, we are also able to fabricate flanges in a range of more uncommon materials including bronze, brass and copper, and also supply flanges that are suitable for high yield and low temperature piping applications and duplex/super duplex piping.
We offer a range of buttweld fittings that have been designed to provide secure, high quality connections. Available in a comprehensive choice of size, from ¼” to 80” and wall thickness of schedule 5s through to XXS and heavier, our range includes elbows, tees, reducers, crossers, caps and stubends, all of which are available in a variety of material grades, further details of which can be found below. Buttweld fitting dimensions include; BS1640/ANSI, ASNME B16.28, B16.25, seamless, EFW, ERW, DSAW and forged.

For a comprehensive range of screwed and socket weld fittings you need look no further than Petrofit Ltd. We have fittings for all applications including elbows, tees, crosses, couplings, caps, unions, plugs, bushes, nipples and swages in sizes from 1/8” to 4” suitable for BS3799 and ANSI B16.11, with a wall thickness of schedule 10s right through to schedule XXS and over with pressure ratings of 3,000lb to 9,000lb. We also supply reinforced branch outlets of ¼” to 24” in schedule 10s to XXS and above.
We are able to offer a vast range of material grades for our collection of screwed and socket weld fixings, which meet the vastly differing requirements of the powergen, gas, oil and petrochemical industries. Choose from fixings fabricated from stainless steels, carbon steels and alloy steels, alloys and nickel alloys and also aluminium. Alongside our piping, flanges, fixings and fittings we are also please to offer our customers a wide choice of valves in a multitude of sizes from 3/8” to 64”. Our ball, check and globe valves hold pressure ratings of 150lbs right up to 2500lbs, whilst our butterfly vales are 150lbs to 300lbs.
