PC Medix started its life catering for the home user and small business' in the local area of Gwent giving installation and support of home & business systems, servers, PC based C.C.T.V and security systems also providing remote support to existing clients. We now support a wider area of approximately 30 miles around the city of Newport, South Wales so please feel free to contact us using the contacts form for details.
We feel the need for a more personal service is needed in this age where, if you have a problem you end up calling foreign call centres before being promised that your problem will be fixed in 'X' amount of time and then you having to call back constantly to chase this.
With our service, after the initial call to discuss your problems / needs we come to your premises, that's right, you don't have to lug your PC around. Most if not all work can be done in your home. In the event of the system having to be taken away for any reason a loan machine can be arranged free of charge until your system is returned.
We have seen people going to the high street retailers and been pushed in to buying a product that is not always right for them or doesn't do exactly what they were told. Here at PC Medix we strive to help our customers have what they want at a budget that suits them.
