Products

Parker Hannifin is a global company with sales of $13 billion and manufacturing operations worldwide. They are world leaders in many of their product categories, and Parker products can be found in many processes and applications. Parker specialises in the manufacture of highly engineered hydraulic fluid power systems and components, but have diversified to offer a broader range of motion and control technologies and systems. The product portfolio has been drawn upon by clients in the construction, demolition agricultural, mining and utilities industries to machinery used in industrial manufacturing and marine equipment used in both commercial and military sea vessels.

Parker became world leaders within the majority of their product categories because of their commitment to innovation in order to provide every option and choice possible to their clients to find the best solution. Their experienced teams of engineers can custom build components and systems to meet your needs and provide full service packages from initial concept right though to post-delivery training and maintenance. Browse their informative website or contact a member of their team in your location to find solutions for your fluid processes and systems.

Valves

Parker manufactures a plethora of valves that have been deployed in many sectors - Instrumentation, Semi- conductor, Food and beverage, Refrigeration, Transportation, Marine and Industrial - in a variety of applications.  Parker valve brand names include Apitech, Colorflow, Commercial, Denison, Gresen, IQAN, Manatrol, Manapak, Schrader Bellows, Republic, Sinclair Collins, Skinner, Sporlan and Sterling. The manufacture of the valves is so advanced and reliable that they have been used for Aerospace and Solar, Oil, Gas and wind generation. Another reason they have been so applicable is the vast number of materials and sizes available, such as imperial or metric sizes, and materials such as brass, steel, stainless steel, plastics and highly customized materials like PFA and PTFE.  Parker valve types can be manual, motor actuated or solenoid operated while mounting configurations can be sub-based, in-line or manifold.

Filters

Parker's team of filter engineers will collaborate with you from the outset to design a custom made filter system for your requirements, which is why they offer more filter types, configurations and solutions than any other company, anywhere in the world. The tailor-made systems are often critical to the whole process of many industries on many continents including but not limited to,  transportation/mobile equipment, industrial/plant equipment, food and beverage, life sciences, process industries, marine and power generation.

To get the most out of Parker's filters, take advantage of value-added services such as the complete filter package that includes a system diagnostics-compressed air, fuel and hydraulic fluids, custom designs and installation recommendations, technical services and training. All Parker filter operating units are ISO-9001:2000 and ISO 14000 certified.

Pumps

Parker pumps can be used for any application. They can be open or closed loop systems, high or low pressure, manufactured from steel, stainless steel, aluminium or cast iron, for hydraulic, fuel, oil, fluid transfer (airframe), lubrication and aerospace applications (ejector and jet pumps). As a pump pioneer and market leader Parker have been able to collaborate with some of the most trusted and renowned names in pump technology including Denison, Nichols, Gold Cup, World Cup, VOAC, Commercial Intertech, Gresen, Tyrone and many others to be able to provide the following systems as standard, and all conforming with SAE, NAS, DIN protocols:

  • Fixed and variable displacement
  • Pressure compensated
  • Axial Piston
  • Bent Axis
  • Gerotor
  • Gear
  • Vane
  • Diaphragm
  • Miniature
  • Hydrostatic transmissions

O-Rings

Parker O-rings are ubiquitously found the world over and are used as a sealing solution by manufacturers of passenger cars, construction equipment, heavy duty trucks, commercial and military aircraft, semiconductor processing equipment, pharmaceuticals, surgical instruments, drug delivery devices, oil and natural gas rigs, kitchen and bath fixtures, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, refrigeration and air conditioning components and fuel handling equipment. Parker focus efforts on material science - catalogue of more than 300 materials - and the manufacturing process meaning that their O-rings are more than rubber parts, but can be used in complex high pressure vacuum systems, and to form a static or dynamic seal. All standard English-unit O-ring sizes meet AS568, MS28775, BS1806, and other aerospace industry standards. Parker are able to offer their unique 5-xxx “semi-custom” O-rings without a charge for tooling or setup.

Fittings

Parker's vast array of fittings, generally used to connect a hose to a port or adapter, come in many configurations, including straight fittings, 45 and 90 degree elbows and tee fittings. With a selection of different materials available, we can manufacture custom fittings to meet your requirements. All of Parker's fittings are the prefect leak free solution, exceeding industrial specification protocols of SAE, ISO, DIN, DOT and JIS, they come in hydraulic, pneumatic and instrumentation styles.

As a worldwide supplier of fitting solutions, Parker's devices can be found across a host of industries and sectors, notably medical and aerospace applications where these fittings are responsible for health and safety.

Cylinders

Parker cylinders have been used for demanding applications, so are exhaustively tested in compliance with international regulations, including  NFPA, JIC, NASA, FAA, EASA, JAA, ISO, and DIN. The rodless, single or double rod designs create hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and aerospace systems that come in a wide range of mounting styles, materials, seal compounds, feedback protocols, and construction types. The pressure ratings, sizes and configurations can all be modified to fit your specifications and to produce the most effective and long-wearing system.

A comprehensive list of the cylinder styles avialable as standard on the Parker website:

  • Industrial hydraulic (tie rod, compact, custom)
  • Pneumatic (tie rod, rodless, compact, custom)
  • Mobile hydraulic (welded, telescopic)
  • Electric (rod and rodless)
  • Aerospace (brake, control surface actuation, and other functions)
  • Electrohydraulic actuator packages
  • Feedback cylinders (mechanical, digital, analogue)

Hose

Parker offers the widest range of specialty, industrial, hybrid and hydraulic hose in the industry. When combined with their other products like pumps, filters and fittings (Parkrimp® fittings; field attachable fittings; Push-Lok fittings; ParLock skive type fittings ), they create the leak-free systems found in many industrial and other processes. As the largest hose manufacturer in the world, Parker are able to design and engineer custom systems to best meet your needs, from a range of materials including rubber, thermoplastic, fluorpolymer and silicon.

Motors

Parker's advanced motor technology means that they can design devices for almost any motor control need, with their application experts able to select a standard device to meet your needs or to rapidly design and manufacture a custom motor. The electric, hydraulic and pneumatic motors have unlimited application potential - from miniature brushless motors to high power hydraulic motors used in earth moving equipment - especially with Parker's application engineers able to custom build the motors. The service includes the broadest range of technology and motor configurations, OEM application specific (explosion proof, outdoor rated) and global manufacturing and service with local application support.
