• NITTEL beer tank inliners NITTEL beer tank inliners comprise plastic foils which have been specially developed for the storage of beer. They are specially adapted to the extreme temperatures and pressure levels in the storage tank. The fermentation pressure and the standing time determine the right choice of beer tank liner. The special insertion method ensures that the liner unfolds automatically during filling.
• NITTEL container linings NITTEL container linings are manufactured in a similar way to NITTEL round-bottom liners by welding a foil pipe to a round bottom plate and additional round lid plate. They are used for containers with a diameter of 640mm and above.
• NITTEL Cubiflex NITTEL Cubiflex liners are produced, for example, from low-particle polyethylene side-folding pipes. The specially adapted inlet and outlet nozzles guarantee clean, dust-free filling and discharging.
• NITTEL Drum Lids NITTEL Form Lids will protect your drum tops and your product by snapping over the drum rim and giving an extra layer of protection. Form lids are made of both internal and external use to specifically protect the product and drum from contamination. By fitting our Form Lids you will form an effective weatherproof and dirt proof barrier. Our heavy duty design is formed to ‘snap over’ the rim of your tight-head or open top drum, preventing water/contamination ingress.
• NITTEL FLEXOTAINER NITTEL FLEXOTAINERS are manufactured in a single working procedure from two plastic plates with filling and emptying mechanisms. They provide an ideal and unique combination of flexibility and robustness. The ideal level of leak tightness which NITTEL FLEXOTAINERS provide ensures all types of liquids can be transported securely.
• NITTEL Form-Inliner™ NITTEL Form-Inliners are manufactured from plastic plate by heating and then drawing the material into shape. They huddle up seamlessly against the vessel and are thus the ideal lining for filling goods which are stirred or pumped off, and when using follower plates. NITTEL Form-Inliners guarantee problem-free extraction of residual filling goods. Hot fillings at temperatures of up to 120° are possible.
• NITTEL freight container inliners NITTEL freight container inliners are either filled through the door using a nozzle or, in the case of top-loaders, through hatch. They are equipped with guide ropes, a strong corrugated cardboard door guard, metals retention bars and lateral corrugated cardboard aids for discharging of residual product. NITTEL freight container inliners are suitable for all types of granulates, e.g. PE, PVC.
• NITTEL IBC inliners NITTEL IBC inliners’ special insertion methods guarantee unsurpassed liquid tightness and the simplest of usage. They can be disposed of easily after emptying. The inside of the IBC no longer needs to be cleaned.
• NITTEL round-bottom liners NITTEL round-bottom liners are made up of a pipe-shaped lining part and a round bottom plate. Both parts are welded together using a special method. This technology provides a high level of tear resistance. The accurate fit reduces the formation of creases and pockets, which is often a problem with ordinary flat bags, and allows residual filling product to be removed almost completely.
