Beam and Block Insulated Flooring Systems

We offer insulated flooring systems built with lightweight closed-cell EPS (expanded polypropylene) foam to a density of 17kg/m3. Our insulating flooring foams have been designed to accommodate existing pre-stressed beam profiles. These foam mouldings are used in place of standard building blocks between floor beams – the insulation value is over three times better than even the most efficient lightweight thermal blocks. EPS Fish Boxes

We supply EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam boxes in European-norm sizes for transporting fish, produce, and other food goods. These boxes offer excellent thermal performance (i.e. keeping food cold) for temperature-sensitive items. We offer these boxes in stock configurations, with or without holes for drainage. Cavity Wall Insulation

Insulating walls by filling the cavities between wall surfaces is an essential part of insulating a property. Blown beat cavity wall insulation, which is installed by injecting insulation through holes drilled into the wall, offers a Lambda value of 0.031 to 0.033 and a 0.27 W/mK U value or better when filling cavities of 85mm to 100mm. Beads of foam are injected into the cavity. The insulation is injected before plastering – ensuring that holes will be sealed and made invisible at the end of the installation. Blown bead cavity insulation is highly effective both in new builds and renovations. The cavity can be 100% filled, to guard against cold spots, and the beads will prevent water from permeating through a wall cavity. ICF Building

Insulating Concrete Forms is a type of permanent insulation solution for energy-efficient, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete structures. ICF forms are comprised of interlocking modules that are dry-stacked without mortar and filled with concrete; together they create a form for the structural walls or floors of a property. We then pump concrete into the form’s cavity and often we add a reinforcing steel structure for extra flexural strength. We offer a range of thick-walled and insulated boxes designed with thermal performance as the main consideration.
