The Panther manual rising barrier is a cost effective solution for applications such as factory entrances, staff car parks, city centre car parks and manned car parks, as well as many more. The barriers themselves have been designed for road widths of up to 7m wide and are available in red or yellow colour schemes. It's worth noting that we offer a range of optional extras in conjunction with this product, including a central locking mechanism and an internal arm end stop. Designed with parking and roadway access applications in mind, the Puma manual swing barrier provides a reliable and low cost solution. The barriers can be ordered in either red or yellow and are provided with either a Stop or No Entry sign. The internationally recognised Automatic Tiger Barrier is capable of spanning a roadway of up to seven metres in width, and operates using either a 415 volt or 240 volt power supply. The hand-prepared, shot-blasted and plastic coated framework is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also extremely weather resistant. That’s why we offer a 3 year anti-corrosion guarantee!
The moving parts of the internal drive mechanism are all zinc plated, and we also fit an automatic lubricating system to the drive screw – both of these features improve the performance and prolong the life of the mechanism. Our automatic Cheetah barriers are probably the most reliable and versatile parking barriers on the market, spanning road widths from 2 metres right up to 10 metres - with an operating time as low as 0.7 seconds!
These barriers are supplied with a choice of control from a number of microprocessor based units, allowing every conceivable mode of operation. Our validate card readers can allow for the individual coding of up to 4000 cards at a time. This process allows for the tracking of cards therefore ensuring security and reliability. This system allows for coded vehicle recognition, meaning barriers and gates will automatically open and close when a specific vehicle is in the vicinity. This is possible thanks to each vehicle having a transmitter which is beaming out a code unique to that particular vehicle. This high security computer system offers up to 68 billion codes and provides a reliable security solution at entry points where secure access control is essential. Vehicles are fitted with transmitters which send their unique code to the entry or exit point enabling the signal gate or barrier to open. The A.V.R. system is offered with a 12 month parts and labour warranty (if the unit is installed by one of our engineers) and a two-year warranty is also available.
Motivation (Traffic Control) Ltd offers the excellent Roadrunner vehicle height restrictor. This unit restricts access to vehicles that are over 2.1m high (4.5m and 7m wide units are available). It is manufactured from steel and is finished with a yellow electro-static spray and powder coat. If occasions arise where vehicles above the height limit require access, the cross-frame section can be unlocked and swung open. The Roadrunner vehicle height restrictor should be set in place with concrete footings. Full details regarding installation are supplied, however, we can arrange installation if required. If the this unit is installed by one of our engineers we offer a 12 month parts and labour warranty.
