Engraving Machines

Mastergrave has been a trade supplier of engraving machines since 1977, when the company was set up to distribute the Kantograph range. Today, we make available a wide selection of both manual and computerised machines for a range of engraving applications. They include:

• EGX-400 Flatbed Engraving Machine – with a 16” x 12” bed and packed with innovative technical features.
• EGX-600 Large Flatbed Engraving Machine – similar to the EGX-400, but with a larger 24”x 16” bed.

Mastergrave makes available a large selection of engraving badges in various shapes, sizes and materials. The range includes:

• Medal bar badges.
• Gold or chrome plated medal bar badges.
• Gold plated Chain of Office medal bar badges.
• LED scrolling name badges – complete with spare battery and user manual.
• Metal pin badges – designed to take standard centres.

Mastergrave is a leading supplier of pet tag engraving equipment and consumables. In addition to our pet tag engraving machines, we also make available a wide range of key rings, neck tags and neck chains. They include:

• 23mm coloured cat tags – these nickel plated text tags are available in a range of designs.
• 27mm comical pet tags.

Colouring and Finishing

Here at Mastergrave we offer a great range of colouring and finishing items. Examples of the range include: Chinagraph Pencils, Doming Solutions (can be applied to engraved or printed items), Lining Pens (these are refillable and designed for use with paint or oil), Micro Pen Platers (an electroplating system for gold and silver), Microplate Dip Plating System (complete with three 1 litre process tanks), Paint Spreader (to remove excess paint when colour-filling and smooth fills over larger areas), Silver Plating Solution (a unique solution containing pure silver), and Touch Up Crayons (to match most wood and veneer finishes).

Etch-O-Matic

We also provide various Etch-O-Matic supplies and accessories such as: Etch-O-Matic Combi Kits (designed to mark metal tools, parts, instruments, equipment and manufactured parts with names, numbers, designs, trademarks and brand names), Etch-O-Matic Expert/ Super Kit (contains 1-15 volt 10 amp marker, external transformer, ground plate, electrolyte solution, extra pads and more), Etch-O-Matic Starter Kit (contains 10 volt 2 amp marker with internal transformer, ground plate, electrolyte solutions and more), Etch-O-Matic Super Industrial Kit, Etch-O-Matic UV Kit Stencil Maker (contains a UV exposure unit with two 7watt ultra violet tubes with integral timer, developer, plastic tray, digital timer, and more).
