Clean air is vitally important for a number of reasons and the Jet AFS-1000 is an ideal tool to quietly and effectively clean the air in your shop.  The Jet AFS is very efficient and can filter 98% of all particles of 5 microns and 85% of those of 1 micron.  Extremely effective in use, the unit can filter the air in a 50m² room within 5 minutes or up to 10 times per hour. Routing Machines; Hoffmann Dovetail Routing Machines PU2

The Hoffmann PU2 dovetail routing machine provides quality in a free standing production unit, with a high speed router motor.  The unit has a 45 degree fence plate, enabling you to place material on the table accurately.  The operator starts the routing process by using a pneumatic foot pedal, which starts off a precise sequence: securing work piece on machine table; advancing to pre-set height; router head then returns to starting position and finally a pneumatic clamp releases the work piece.  A large surface working area is provided by the heavy duty cast aluminium table and dust-free operation is ensured by the dust collecting port.  The solid tungsten carbide router bits supplied are made to very precise specifications providing a useable cutter life of approximately 10,000 strokes.
