Carryline Slat Chain Conveyors

We provide aluminium and stainless steel Carryline slat conveyors. These flexible conveyor systems consist of a number of basic units and are easy to assemble. They can be formed to create a system to suit your requirements and are assembled using hand tolls. No welding is required. We usually deliver systems pre-assembled so that installation is as easy as possible for our customers. Flexilink Conveyors

We also provide high quality flexilink conveyors systems. These systems are flexible and can be easily extended or retracted by hand. They are quick and easy to set up and feature height adjustment knobs as well as castors for easy transportation. Our flexilink roller conveyors are designed to carry heavy loads and feature reinforced rollers, sideplates and supports. Our single roller types can carry 40 kg and our double roller types can carry 30kg. The flexilink conveyors can be easily installed to provide straight and curved conveyor systems. Powered Roller Conveyor Systems

Our powered roller conveyor systems are designed for the transportation of packages as small as 250mm in length up to weights of 30kg at speeds of 30m/min. Variations include Straight (modules up to three metres in length, 83mm, 125mm, and 167mm roller pitches), Zero Line Pressure Straight (1.5m to 3m modules, accumulate with no load contact at up to 30m/min), Drive Units (a range of widths, speeds 9, 14, 18, 24, and 30m/min, and can drive up to 80metres of conveyor), Personnel Gate ( available in all standard widths, in 1000mm modulus for 805mm clear entry and left and right handed units available), Spurs, Curves, Corner Turns, and Belt Driven Rollers.

Belt Conveyors

Our range of belt conveyors includes the following types:

Heavy Duty Belt Conveyors: high speed, robust conveyors that require minimal maintenance and supplied in powdered coated mild steel and stainless steel. Flat belts and trough belts available.

Medium Duty Belt Conveyors: Level Belt Conveyors, Mezzanine (incline/decline) Belt Conveyors, Drum Driven Belt Conveyors, and Waste Belt Conveyors.

Light Duty Belt Conveyors: Belcon Mini Series (Aluminium), Fine Conveyor Series (Aluminium), and Jabucon Series (Stainless Steel).

Slat Band Conveyors

We are the UK and Ireland distributors for Carryline’s product range. We use the Carryline range to supply and install complete integrated and PLC controlled systems. These can form standalone systems or can be incorporated into existing systems. Our standard systems are manufactured from aluminium or stainless steel and require minimal maintenance. They are easy to install with hand tools and are flexible to create conveyor variations that meet your needs. Pallet Chain Conveyors

Our pallet chain conveyors feature smooth surfaces which are easy to keep clean, require minimal maintenance due to twin direct drives (no driving chains, no grease or oil required), and are not as noisy as other conveyor options due to the use of the plastic chain guide and heavy extrusion. Our pallet chain conveyors are manufactured from light weight, high density aluminium and are suitable for the transportation of heavy loads. Conveyor Systems - Case Study

For this project we designed and installed an integrated conveying solution which allowed operators to place packed cartons onto a belt conveyor which then fed into an automatic labelling machine. The labelled products then fed onto a pneumatically operated vertisort conveyor where they were transported to ground or mezzanine level of the cold store. From here, operators could pick products from our patented mini roller conveyor.
