At Lubesetc, we supply lubricants and chemicals for marine, industrial and other maintenance requirements. Our main specialty is in silicone lubricants, grease and fluids which can be purchased in a wide range of pack sizes. Our silicone fluid products include silicone gun oil, fishing reel oil, treadmill oil, and pipe-fitting oil for the joining of threaded flanged pipes. We have a number of pack sizes available including 225 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litres, for your specific needs.
Though we specialise in silicone grease and fluid, we also supply other non-silicone oil-based fitting lubricants. These include copper anti-seize and thixotropic temporary lubricant which is widely used to enable component assembly in automobile production. This product has several advantages as it is polymer compatible, dries after application and does not compromise areas to be painted. Its compressive forces also maintain integrity of assembly.
We also sell small plastic pots and these 5 ml, 10 ml and 15 ml containers prove indispensable to our clients who use them for the storage of small electrical and industrial components or cosmetics. To add the personal touch, many of our products may be own-branded, subject to a minimum quantity run.
Our low viscosity Pure Silicone Oil is the ideal lubricant for treadmill belts. After checking the treadmill manufacturer's information first to determine which type of lubricant they specify (ie. silicone fluid, wax or emulsion), our product should be your number one choice. We feel that it is superior to aerosols as they may only contain small amounts of silicone fluid, and therefore they are not likely to have the optimum viscosity for treadmill lubrication. The low viscosity Pure Silicone Oil can be supplied in a variety of sizes: 225 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litre.
Copper Anti-Seize, a grease that contains mineral oil and additives, provides a very effective lubrication of threads and prevents component and assemblies from seizing up. It also enables dismantling for an easier maintenance job.
Its main use is in threaded steel components in which gaps alternate between mating thread surfaces. The Anti-Seize creates a plastic gasket which reduces breakdown of surface metal and also prevents corrosion by stopping liquid and gas from entering. This grease is also used in the automotive trade as an anti-squeal agent applied on the back of brake pads. Available in 5g sachets starting from quantities of 50.
Our Silicone greases, are composed of polydimethyl siloxane fluids of different viscosities that are thickened with silica clays. Under shear stress, a temporary loss of viscosity, followed by recovery of structure and viscosity is required. Our product also provides lubrication and protection from dust, moisture and with no adverse effect on elastomers and plasticisers, our silicone greases are suitable for use with rubbers and plastics and are translucent white in colour. They have an extreme operating temperature range from -40 degrees C to +200 degrees C and good dielectric qualities. We can provide silicone E grease test results, to show how our product can work for you.
Our Silicone Grease Standard is suitable for a wide range of applications as it functions well as a corrosion-inhibitor and lubricant for purposes that require a thicker type of grease. With first-rate insulating properties, it also meets safety requirements for food and water. It does not swell or soften rubber so is ideal to use in plumbing on valves, taps and O rings as well as push-fit fittings. These same attributes also make it great for use in the automotive industry for steering, brake and transmission components.
Silicone Grease Standard features the largest range of pack types we currently offer.
Whether for domestic use lubricating door hinges or working out in the field, our 7 ml Silicone Grease sachets feature a nozzle outlet for directional flow control and are ideal for single application. This handy size is great to keep in your tool box, car or shed ready for application at any time. Great for all types of small lubricating jobs that need a quick fix fast, you’ll find a little goes a long way.
Silicone Grease sachets are available in box quantities of 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000.
Silicone Grease E&V is electrically insulating and does not break down when high voltage is applied so is ideal for a wide variety of electronic and electrical applications. Stiffer than our Silicone Grease Standard, its high viscosity enables its use as a long lasting valve and pump packing lubricant. It can also be used on moving parts in process instruments that operate under a wide temperature range, and as a lubricant for stopcocks and ground glass joints under high vacuum conditions.
It has an operating temperature range of -40 degrees C to +200 degrees C, with a flash point greater than 300 degrees C.
Lubesetc Silicone Grease HT (High Tack) has a soft, tacky consistency making it suitable for use with taps, valves and O rings operating under severe temperature and pressure conditions. The stickiness of it makes it ideal to be easily used in situations where smearing is needed such as on the zippers of diving suits. Silicone grease is excellent for use with waterproof materials and devices as it has a very thick body and doesn't dissolve in water and other types of liquids.
It has an operating temperature range of -40 degrees C to +200 degrees C, and a flash point greater than 300 degrees C.
Our Silicone Grease Standard is available in handy 60 ml white plastic pots with a screw top and can be branded or unbranded with top and side labelling. It is the same quality product we usually offer but is also ideal if you require a personalised container. Suitable for a wide range of applications, it’s the perfect lubricant for purposes that require a thicker type of grease.
The minimum run for own labelling is 500 units, and there is a choice of packaging colour for orders over 1500 units. Print colour is black, and simple text and a logo can be included.
