The Labclave 23 is our brand new, low-cost 23 litre laboratory autoclave designed for quick and effective sterilization of all kinds of laboratory load types, including instruments, glassware, fluids and discard. This vertical unit requires a floor space of just 460mm x 395mm, making it one of the most compact units available. The Labclave 23 features a 304L stainless steel pressure vessel with a 5 year warranty against breakdown, a push-button door closing system with servo-assisted motor that ensures a positive seal every time, a flexible control system with 8 pre-set programmes, a thermal printer, a post vacuum system which aids the cooling process, an air cooled condensate unit, as well as innovative safety features.
This is a range of general purpose autoclaves containing exceptional features designed to enhance cycle performance and safety. They include a pneumatic door lock and seal, an 8-programme touch screen control panel, an air ballast system for fluid cycles, a load-sensed process timer, and a fan assisted cooling system. The R range includes 40, 60, 120 and 160 litre models with operating temperatures of between 105°C and 136°C. The 40 litre model is compact bench-top model, while the three larger models are floor standing with top or front loading configurations and castors for easy relocation.
Our Mediclave range of autoclaves are some of the best medical steam sterilizers available on the market. Incorporating a number of innovative features which improve running cycles and efficiency, these units are available in 6, 18 and 23 litre models.
All of our models comply with the relevant directives and feature a one-piece high specification stainless steel pressure vessel with an exceptionally smooth interior. An LCD control panel allows the user to select from 12 pre-programmed cycles that have been installed into each model. A separate steam generator helps reduce cycle times, and because there are no heaters in the bottom of the chamber, the vessel is kept clean and unencumbered.

Our Touchclave System-PL sterilizers have been designed to handle porous load applications. All chambers are manufactured from 316L stainless steel, are fully jacketed, and have polished interiors (RA µm 0.6). There are four types of Freeze Dryers in the Lyotrap range. The standard model is a user-friendly, microprocessor-controlled, bench top unit with a range of useful features. It has a 5 kg ice capacity and an integrated electric defrost facility, as well as a safety system that prevents the vacuum pump being activated until the temperature reaches -30°C. The Mini Lyotrap has an ice capacity of 3 kg and is perfect for all common freeze drying applications. The Lyotrap Plus has a 4 kg capacity and possesses all the features of the standard Lyotrap unit, but also has an integrated temperature controllable work chamber. The load temperatures can be monitored using four floating temperature probes. The Lyotrap Ultra is the largest freeze dryer in the range with an 18 kg ice capacity.

Our photostability chambers have been designed to perform near UV and visual light testing using fluorescent lamps. Our Kingfisher range of solution and blanket warming cabinets have been designed specifically for use in hospitals, offering a cost-effective method of storing and warming a variety of clinical items, including infusion fluids, irrigation fluids, filled syringes, ointments, lotions, and blankets. These cabinets feature precise, tamper-proof temperature controls, over-temperature protection, radiused stainless steel interiors, fan circulation, and specifically designed racks for IV bags if needed.

Our filtered air drying cabinets feature a filtered air intake device for fast, clean, and efficient drying. The fine filter reduces the amount of contamination entering the unit, ensuring a cleaner environment for washed items. A thermostatic control allows a temperature range of 65 - 70°C, depending upon ambient temperatures.
LTE Scientific has designed, developed and built highly efficient drying cabinets in a choice of two sizes, with either natural convection or fan extraction. Heaters are situated below a perforated base plate and are vented from the top. Models featuring fan extraction draw moist air to the top of the cabinet and direct it outside. Economy drying cabinets come complete with fully adjustable shelving and single or double toughened glass doors (depending on the size of the cabinet). An energy regulator is used to control the temperature which reaches a maximum level of 65°C.
Representing exceptional value for money, these standard sliding door drying cabinets provide straightforward natural convection drying. Two sizes are available which can be bench or wall mounted. The Scope-Store+ from LTE Scientific has been designed to not only meet, but also exceed the stringent requirements of HTM guidelines. These units offer improved control and traceability, with validation data allowing endoscopes to be stored for up to 72 hrs. They feature a double filtration system for enhanced protection against bacteria growth and cross-contamination, as well as a user-friendly touch screen control interface. High levels of security are achieved through a door interlock with prevents unauthorised access, while each entry and exit of the endoscope is recorded and attributed to the relevant user.

Unlike many other vacuum ovens, the LTE Qualivac has been built with a rectangular chamber that gives you significantly more working space for your money. To improve efficiency and guarantee an even heat distribution in the chamber, LTE manufacture their ovens with four heating surfaces and solid aluminium shelves that conduct heat rapidly to the load. A glass door allows for continuous observation during the cycle, and an accurate, reliable solid state thermostat gives full control over interior temperature. The Caron Reach In IR-CO2 Incubator offers the very latest in cell culture technology within a large capacity platform. Our sturdy and high quality decontamination sink has been fabricated from 2mm welded stainless steel and is fully compliant with ISO14544 part 5:2004.
