Hi Vis Clothing

Lion Safety stocks a comprehensive range of high visibility clothing including vests, jackets, waistcoats, salopettes, trousers and fleeces. Our 100% polyester Executive Hi Vis Waistcoat comes with two front pockets, an ID pocket, a phone pocket and a double pen pocket which makes it an extremely convenient and versatile garment for all manner of situations. Our Hi Vis Flame Retardant Jacket, made from 50% polyamide and 50% polyurethane, has a quilt lining for extra warmth and high frequency welded seams, storm flaps and a drawstring hood for superb weather protection. Our trouser range includes our Hi Vis Overtrousers with an elasticated waist, perfect for wearing over jeans or trousers for extra warmth and protection.

The Railtrack Vest, which conforms to EN 471-2:2//GO/RT 3279, is made from 100% polyester and has an elasticated back for a comfortable and flexible fit. The Railtrack Breathable Jacket has a mesh lining, a stain resistant coating and is breathable and waterproof thanks to its 300D PU/polyester construction. With plenty of pockets inside and out including a dedicated phone pocket and a security pocket, the jacket is an ideal item of outerwear which is built for convenience and to stand up to the rigours of the workplace.

Our Argon Lined Glove has a double insulated nylon liner and an HPT foam coating which remains flexible down to temperatures of -50 ºC. Our integra.wear Lined Drivers gloves offer a comfortable and warm fleece lining and are made from superb quality cow hide leather for a comfortable and flexible fit. With a comfortable seamless acrylic/polyester lining, our MaxiTherm Palm Coated gloves have durable and flexible plates coating the palms and fingers with an anatomical shape to reduce hand fatigue.

Household/Disposable Gloves

Our basic PE disposable gloves provide a standard level of protection against contamination and food contact. Sold in packs of 100, they are a cost effective way of securing food safety. We also stock a superb range of gloves made with Nitrile as opposed to latex which provide enhanced resistance to abrasions, tears and punctures, and an increased strength to thickness ratio. Head Protection

From alpine helmets to hard hat liners and rescue helmets to forestry helmets, our high quality range has everything you need to protect your personnel. The Style 300 Helmet Basic is a lightweight HDPE shell with a rain gutter and an eight-point harness which adjusts to fit head sizes from 50cm to 66cm. With an average weight of just 310g, this helmet is certified for -30ºC, 440V ac, lateral deformation and molten metal.

First Aid Kits

From our highly portable belt bag to our large catering kit, our selection provides everything you need for a safe working environment and compliance with all the necessary safety standards. Our First Response Kit comes in its own water resistant bag with a double zip closure. Elastic loops secure the contents against rough handling and provide easy and fast access to the contents. Our Travel First Aid Kit in a small, zipped pouch is compliant with BS8599-1 while our Vehicle/PCV First Aid Kit has a mounting bracket for easy installation into your work vehicles.

Defibrillators

Lion Safety can supply an AED+ defibrillator to ensure your workplace conforms with the very highest standards in personnel safety. Helping the user at every stage, the AED+ has voice prompts and a user-friendly graphical interface while the unit itself is able to self-test to ensure it remains in a state of constant readiness. The unit comes with a bag, batteries, adult CPRD-Pad electrode, and a complete CPR kit including a barrier mask, scissors, a prep razor, disposable gloves, a towel and a moist towelette. Separately, Lion Safety can supply a wall cabinet or a wall mount bracket to ensure the unit is kept in a place of safety and high visibility.

Fire Safety

At Lion Safety, our online store is fully stocked with a comprehensive range of workplace fire safety equipment to meet your every requirement, including extinguishers, break glass boxes, gas horns, fire blankets, fire alarms and megaphones. We supply a variety of extinguisher types from CO2 to dry powder and stock various sizes and accessories such as stands and cabinets. Our fire blanket, manufactured to BSEN 1869:1997 standard, has been designed with a front loading clam shell case for a fast removal time and to take up 40% less wall space than traditional fire blanket containers.

Fall Arrest

Our range includes adjustable restraint lanyards, door beam anchors, harnesses, fall arrest blocks, rope safety lines and slings. Our Pro Harness is suitable for multiple purposes and comes in a high visibility pack. For comfort, the harness is made with padded legs and shoulder straps and includes quick release buckles as well as a rear attachment ring and a front chest anchor point. We stock a selection of karabiners including the screwgate spring loaded karabiner with an 18mm opening and a double action scaffold karabiner with a 50mm opening.

Hand Care

Lion Safety stocks a wide array of hand care products to cover all of your organisation’s needs. Our Antibacterial Foam Soap conforms to EN 1499/EN 1276 and is fragrance free for great allergy protection. We supply Clinell Universal Sanitising Wipes in tubs of 100 wipes, packs of 200 wipws or buckets of 225 wipes to suit all workplace environments and provide multiple cost effective solutions. Clinell’s universal wipes can clean and disinfect hands, equipment and surfaces, killing 99.999% of known micro-organisms including Salmonella, Listeria and MRSA. Lasting for up to 72 hours, they are safe on the hands and tested in accordance with EN 1276 and prEN 12054.
