Plastic Parts/ Stratasys Fortus Range: this series provides
users with an agile and cost effective printing solution. The Stratasys Series
is designed to reduce time needed to implement assembly tools by 85%,
streamline factory floor with jigs and fixtures printed in hours and preserve the
production line from stopping.
Metal Parts/ SLM Solutions Range: this range produces
homogenous metal objects directly from 3D-CAD data by selective metal melting
via a laser beam using very fine metal powders.

Plastic – Vacuum Casting: rapid prototyping is used to
achieve fast production of single plastic components that are functional and
close or identical to parts made in series. Our relatively new vacuum casting
technology features a silicone mould based on a master model. The mould is
filled with a two-part polyurethane resin under vacuum.
Metal – Investment Casting: During the wax de-melting
process, a ceramic shell is built layer by layer around a wax part by alternate
dipping and sanding. The incredible new Cyclone technology combines these steps
in the one machine.
