Laminated Labels

Our top quality laminated labels are created using hot foil/ solvent links that are applied to the top of the material followed by the application of a film coating of gloss, matt or satin which is coated using pressure rollers to protect the print and base material.

Asset Labels

We also provide laminated asset labels. These are widely used for applications including: security, asset tracking, identification, important information, logos and branding and number/ barcodes and data. Our asset labels can be customised with logos if required and sequential numbers, barcodes or both, if required, are printed using hot-foil inks on to the base of the material. The base materials can be permanent, security polyester (void), destruct, 3Ms Hi Tack or vinyl. All labels are then laminated with a polyester or polypropylene film using pressure rollers to protect the information underneath. Our asset labels are designed for long term use and are resistant to chemical and water.

Barcode/Serial No’s Labels

Our barcode/ serial no labels are used for a range of applications including: stock control, tracking of products, unique coding of valuables, printing from customers database and scanned with smart phones. Information, including serial numbers and barcodes, are printed on materials as chosen by the customer using adhesives. Further information including logos, text and any other requirements can be printed in a range of colours that is then coated with a polyester or polypropylene film coating if required. This high quality coating enables the labels to be used in all different environments. All labels are resistant to water, chemicals and abrasion.

Security Labels

Langley Labels supplies top quality security labels to suit a range of requirements such as: a visible deterrent, to show clear evidence of tampering, brand protection, insurance of warranties, asset management and product enclosure seals (for boxes and bags). Our security labels can feature various information such as logos, warnings and sequential numbering and barcodes if required. Printing is carried out using our hot foil process onto a range of security materials including secure ‘void’ polyester which shows the word ‘void’ when the top layer is removed. We also use a polypropylene/vinyl material which shows evidence of tampering when it is removed.
