• Chiropody Foams We supply a full range of Chiropody foam laminates e.g. 3, 5 and 7mm Pink Chiropody latex with brushed swansdown or 100% Wool. Also lacquer coated 2 layer latex for use in corn and bunion pads, laminated and latex coated brushed nylon for ball of foot, half insoles and profiled heel cushion pads
• Crumb Rubber Coaters Lancashire Sock commission coat customers own felts with crumb rubber to produce high quality combination underlays, supplied by the major UK brands. We also supply flat topped rubber crumb coated on to polypropylene that can be easily stuck down with adhesive for carpet underlay or used under a variety of sports surfaces where the dense springy rubber provides an ideal sports base
• Flame Bonding We are the leading independent flame laminators in the UK providing our customers with a quick and reliable laminating service using Polyurethane and Polyethylene foams with customers own and stock supplied fabrics such as scrim, foil and film backings. These can be either functional, perhaps to take a stitch or to ease component placement, aesthetically pleasing and or performance enhancing as in the case of lining fabrics (fleece) or hook receptive materials
• Goal Keeper Gloves We manufacture a special quality latex coated on knitted fabrics for making goal keeper gloves
• Insoles for shoes Latex foam can be coated on many different fabrics including cottons and polyesters that combine comfort and durability with good washability. Choose a single layer - single colour latex, or multi layer with different colours. Many different foam emboss designs are also available to provide anti-slip. Additives such as Active Charcoal, Anti-bacterials and Anti-microbials can be combined with the latex to provide excellent odour destroying properties. We can also perforate the fabrics for air circulation and add perfumes for freshness.
• Ironing Board Covers An insulated fabric with a thin aluminium coating on one side, which reflects 300% more heat onto your clothes. A simple idea that seems like a miracle every time you iron.
• Latex Back Coatings Customers own carpet or artificial grass can be coated with washable latex to 'lock' the tufts or with heat mouldable latex for use in cars and vans - up to 2 metres wide
• Latex Foam Our latex foams are supplied wherever cushioning, comfort & protection are required in all types of footwear. i.e. Sports Shoes, Safety Boots, Casuals, Slippers, Fashion Shoes and Boots. We offer a range of thickness' up to 12mm and densities from Soft 17 density (170 kilos/m3) to Extra hard 35 density (350 kilos/m3).
• Non slip coatings Specially formulated non-slip rubber coatings are produced for a wide variety of end uses including gym mat backing and table protectors
• Perforating Services We are able to perforate a wide variety of fabrics including PU and PVC's and foams up to a maximum of 160cms wide and 6mm thick. There are two perforation designs which we refer to as simply "wide spaced" which has a 16 x 8mm pitch and "narrow spaced" a 8 x 4mm pitch and both use a 1.3mm diameter pin. Also we have the facility to split the fabrics in to either 2 or 4 narrow rolls whilst perforating. Please note however that we are unable to perforate sheeted fabrics or actual leather "skins".
• Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Coaters Pressure Sensitive Adhesive or PSA can be added to a wide variety of fabrics and has a silicone release paper for a quick and easy way to secure materials in place, which can result in significant savings in time and labour. PSA coatings are available in 137cm and 150cm wide and can be added to many pre-laminated or single ply fabrics.
• Synthetic Chamois Eurocham is our premier material which absorbs and cleans like real chamois leather. It cleans without smears and is available in six qualities: 'J', 'F', 'N', 'D', 'E' and 'U' in either plain or perforated and in a variety of colours
